A leggy Texas teen has the longest legs in the world according to Guinness World Records.

Maci Currin, a 17-year-old high school senior who hails from Austin, Texas, proudly stands at 6ft 10in tall and boasts legs that measure well over four feet.

She decided to reach out the Guinness World Records team a few years ago when she was getting measured for some custom made leggings.

‘I realized, oh my God, my legs take up over half of my body,’ she explained.

Maci’s legs account for nearly 60 percent of her body. Her left leg measures at 4ft 5.2in and her right leg measures in at 4ft 4.8in.

In her first interview since being named as having the world’s longest legs Maci, exclusively tells DailyMailTV, ‘I’m excited to have the world’s longest legs. I want to be a role model for younger girls to embrace what God gave them.’

Last February, Guinness World Records came out to Texas to measure her legs, beating out the previous record holder, Russian Ekaterina Lisina whose legs measure 4ft 3in.

While Maci says her height has its advantages, including rarely needing a boost to get something from a cabinet and hardly ever using a ladder, there is a downside.

She said: ‘I have a hard time finding clothing that fits me unless I get it custom made, and I hit my head a lot going through doorways and getting into cars and driving.’

Unless her clothes are made especially for her, she buys off the rack XXX-large hoodies and T-shirts, saying: ‘I like to mostly wear baggy clothing.’

Finding shoes are difficult too, she wears a size 16 women’s shoe, which are nearly impossible to find. She often settles for men’s size 15 tennis shoes.

But Maci explained: ‘They don’t fit me that well, they are too wide, I have a narrow foot for my height.’

Maci has always been extraordinarily tall.

When she was born she measured 19in but by the time she was 18 months old Maci towered over other children her age at 36in tall.

When she turned eight she was already 5ft 1in and by the time she was 12 years old, she was 6ft tall.

While most kids grow about two and a half inches per year, Maci grew about five inches a year during her childhood.

And she is still growing, last February Maci said she was 6ft 9.75in now she measures in at 6ft 10in.

Maci said growing up she really didn’t realize she was taller than everyone around her until someone ‘had to tell me.’

Maci is by far the tallest in her family, with her mother Trish being 5ft 7in, her father Cameron 6ft 5in and older brother, Jacob, 19, is 6ft 3in.

While most people would think that a person as tall as Maci would be a star volleyball or basketball player, it’s not the case for the high school student.

She said: ‘I played volleyball in my freshman and sophomore years and now no longer play any sports. I’ve decided to move on.’

Maci wants to be a social influencer to help other young girls who don’t fit into the ‘norms’ of society.

In the past Maci said she has been bullied for her height and it made her feel uncomfortable during an already awkward time in a young girl’s life.

She said: ‘There was a time in my life I felt really awkward and self-conscious when I first started high school.

‘By my junior year I just stopped caring what everyone thought about me, I’m no longer self-conscious.

‘I believe God created each of us for a reason. Your uniqueness is part of yourself and you shouldn’t hide your uniqueness, you should embrace it.’

Maci wants to use her newfound fame to help other girls who don’t fit into the ‘norm’ of society.

Maci said: ‘I have a few young girls as young as 12 years old, who are taller than average who have reached out to me for advice.

‘I’ve told them not to feel insecure about their height, that they should love themselves because they are special.’

Not only does she want to be a role model for teen girls, she aspires to be the world’s tallest fashion model.

Maci says she gets stares from people every day when she goes out in public.

But she explains: ‘I’m okay with it, now, a few years ago I felt awkward when people would come up to me and ask me for a picture or my height, now I embrace my height.’

One thing the high school senior would like to do before she graduates next year, she wouldn't mind going to a high school dance. 'I've never been asked to a high school dance, I would like to go to the prom before I graduate. I'm not sure why I haven't been asked, maybe because I'm taller than any boy in my high school. Who knows?'

Not only does Maci embrace her height she pokes fun of herself on her TikTok account posting videos of how her height affects her doing everyday ‘normal’ activities.

After she graduates high school, Maci wants to attend college in the UK.

She said: ‘I heard it’s three years instead of four and a lot less expensive than the US.

But she wants to warn any future dates, ‘I’m really bad at dancing.’

She knows her record won’t last forever and she’s okay with it, saying: ‘I know there is another girl out there that is pretty tall, but I think I’ll have my record for at least a few more years.’

Queensland woman Susan Jarvis loses 45 kilos in epic post-divorce ‘glow up’ body transformation

queensland woman susan jarvis loses 45 kilos in epic post divorce glow up body transformation

A depressed call centre worker who tipped the scales at 165 kilos has ‘rediscovered herself’ by losing almost one third of her weight and launching a luxury sex toy store.

Susan Jarvis was a ‘lost’ 38-year-old working in a Brisbane call centre at the time of her divorce in 2005. Her weight left her ‘hardly able’ to walk.

Crippled by unhappiness and increasing ill health, the mother-of-one turned her life around by leaving her job, fixing her teeth and shedding 45 kilos in less than a year by cleansing her diet, dramatically reducing portion sizes and lifting weights.

Determined to change more than her physical appearance, Ms Jarvis enrolled in a university business degree which gave her the knowledge and confidence to open ‘The Spicy Boudoir’ in 2019.

Now 53 and in a ‘fabulous’ new relationship, Ms Jarvis – who goes by the name ‘Susan the Maven’ – says she no longer recognises the woman she was 15 years ago, and tells Daily Mail Australia it’s ‘never too late’ to find yourself again.

Ms Jarvis’ journey began about a year before her marriage ended in July 2005.

Previously outgoing with an interest in everything from science to art, hobbies fell by the wayside as she drew further inwards, seeking comfort in junk food amid her unhappy relationship.

‘I lost my enthusiasm for life. I didn’t value my own identity or worth at that time,’ Ms Jarvis said.

As her weight ballooned, her health deteriorated, plaguing her with depression, social anxiety and sleep apnoea, a disorder which causes breathing to repeatedly stop and start, leading to sleep deprivation and chronic fatigue.

Ms Jarvis reached a turning point when a close friend wrote her a letter, predicting she would be at her funeral before the year was out and begging her to change her lifestyle.

‘I could hardly walk. At 165 kilos, you feel like you’re carrying cement around your ankles,’ she said.

Motivated by her friends chilling warning, Ms Jarvis started walking around the block and used Weight Watchers nutrition programme to clean up her diet and cut down on portion sizes.

‘Even walking was very hard being a gigantic woman. I felt very anxious and exposed to people’s gazes, but in the end I said f**k them!’ she recalled.

‘I knew I had lost myself and I just wanted to get “me” back.’

Ms Jarvis then joined a gym, swimming and lifting weights under the guidance of a personal trainer who helped her to lose an impressive 45 kilos in the space of 12 months.

‘When I came home from the pool one day and caught myself in the mirror at the front door, I did a double take,’ she said.

‘I thought, “oh my god, I have cheekbones – and a jawline!” It was the first time I realised I was beautiful.’

After being made redundant, Ms Jarvis used part of her payment to fund cosmetic work on her teeth – a decision that ‘changed her life’.

‘I had always been extremely self-conscious about the huge gap in the front of my teeth, and it’s changed my life having people compliment my smile,’ she said.

‘I look back and I don’t even recognise myself.’

Eager to find a professional passion to match her newfound personal fulfilment, Ms Jarvis learned Italian and studied business before launching her adult e-commerce in 2019.

The Spicy Boudoir aims to help women over 50 and women with disabilities discover their sexuality through lingerie, intimate toys and bondage accessories.

The inspiration comes from what Ms Jarvis sees as the de-sexualisation of older women in modern society.

‘Women like me are not really visible in the media, and we’re not viewed as sexual,’ she said.

‘I want to create a positive, uplifting experience for people with disabilities and anyone who is overlooked.’

Ms Jarvis (pictured) has regained roughly 20 kilos, bringing her weight back to 140kg, but says with a laugh: 'It's happy fat!'

She hopes her story will inspire other women to invest in themselves and follow their dreams at every stage of life, regardless of age.

‘It doesn’t matter how old you are, there’s always value in rediscovering who you are,’ she said.

Meghan Markle’s best pal Jessica Mulroney posts cryptic message

meghan markles best pal jessica mulroney posts cryptic message

Meghan Markle’s best friend sent social media into overdrive this weekend after posting a cryptic message about her ‘true friends’.

Jessica Mulroney was at the centre of a Black Lives Matter race row in June, after being accused of using her ‘white privilege’ against a black social media influencer.

The Duchess of Sussex, 39, was reported to have cut ties with her best friend, and her public silence – having previously praised the Black Lives Matters protests as a ‘beautiful thing’ – was widely interpreted as condemnation.

But Mrs Mulroney took to Instagram early yesterday to write: ‘Thank you to our true friends for sticking by us. We could never have made it without you.

‘Silver lining: we finally know the a******s who we thought were our friends. Best gift we could have ever been given.’

Many interpreted this as a swipe at Meghan, but The Mail on Sunday can reveal that the Duchess has privately stood by her friend and they remain close.

Behind the scenes, Meghan, who lives with Prince Harry in California, has been quietly counselling mother-of-three Mrs Mulroney.

The celebrity stylist had largely avoided social media until yesterday, when she posted a tribute to her husband Ben, whose father was a former Canadian prime minister.

A friend said: ‘Jess has been a really loyal friend to Meg, she has stood by her through some really tough times. Jess may have made an egregious mistake, but that doesn’t mean she’s racist.

‘Meghan has stood by her privately and they’ve talked a lot. Jess was loyal to Meghan for many, many years. There was no way that Meg would let her down.’

The Duchess was reported to have cut ties with Mrs Mulroney after the black Canadian influencer Sasha Exeter accused her of ‘threatening her livelihood’ after ‘taking offence’ at a call to arms on a Black Lives Matter video she posted.

Mrs Mulroney was dropped by major TV networks including America’s ABC and Canada’s CTV and she publicly apologised for her actions.

Meghan was reportedly ‘mortified’ and told her close friends she felt she could ‘no longer be associated’ with her.

Yet, in truth, the close friendship that saw Mrs Mulroney twice care for Meghan and Harry’s son Archie when they came to the UK earlier this year has survived.

Last month, Meghan and Harry discussed structural racism to mark the start of Black History Month in the UK in a video interview with the Evening Standard

The friend added: ‘Jess was one of the most incredibly supportive people when Meghan was attacked on social media. When the boot was on the other foot, of course Meg would be there for her friend and confidante.’

Speaking from their £11 million mansion in Santa Barbara, Meghan said that it was a good thing the movement was making people feel ‘uncomfortable’.

Two self-described ‘cannibals’ who offered their services online as a ‘eunuch maker’ and kept body parts in a refrigerator removed the testicles of a 28-year-old Virginia resident as part of an illegally conducted gender reassignment surgery, Oklahoma police said.

Bob Lee Allen, 53, and his partner, Thomas Evans Gates, 42, were arrested by Le Flore County Sheriff’s deputies and charged on Wednesday with conspiracy to commit unlicensed surgery, performing unlicensed surgery, maiming and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Bail was set for each of them at $295,000.

Allen is alleged to have conducted the operation on a makeshift table in their cabin while Gates handed him the tools, according to investigators.

On October 13, a 28-year-old man walked into McAlester Regional Health Center in southeastern Oklahoma where medical officials noticed he was severely bleeding after his testicles were surgically removed the day before, The Oklahoman reported.

The man told hospital officials that he was castrated in a remote cabin in the woods by Allen, who told him he was a ‘cannibal’ that kept body parts in a refrigerator.

DailyMail.com can reveal the pair list the cabin on Airbnb which he calls ‘Bob’s weekend wonders mountain retreat.’

Law enforcement officials were notified by hospital staff. Investigators then went to the cabin outside Wister, Oklahoma, and found medical equipment, bloody refuse, drugs, and testicles frozen in a bag, according to The Oklahoman.

Allen allegedly bragged to the victim that he once killed a man performing a similar operation and that he had six other surgeries lined up.

The victim told police that he was awake for the entire two-hour operation after he was injected ‘in the needed areas.’

Investigators said the victim ‘stated that after the surgery was over that Allen said that he was going to consume the parts and laughed and said that he was a cannibal.’

The victim also said Allen talked about ‘the time he worked on someone that he described to be crazy and that he left the male opened up to die overnight.’

Allen and Gates are also alleged to have ‘tried to get him to participate in cannibalism,’ according to authorities.

The unnamed victim flew from his home state of Virginia to Dallas on October 11 after contacting Allen through a website while doing an online search about castrations, according to the sheriff’s office.

The website required visitors to register in order to gain access. The registration box included a welcome note ‘from theEunuchMaker and the EM Crew.’

Allen picked up the victim at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and drove him to his home in Oklahoma.

Allen allegedly told the victim that he had 15 years of experience and that he ‘videos the procedures for personal use.’

The victim also told authorities that ‘Allen told him that the surgery wouldn’t cost him anything.’

The day after the operation, Allen agreed to drive the victim, who was profusely bleeding, to the hospital, according to police.

Initially, Allen is alleged to have told the victim: ‘No morgue. No ER.’

Allen then told the victim that if he passed out or died, he would dump his body in the woods, according to investigators.

Authorities allege that Allen told the victim to tell hospital staff that ‘he done it to himself.’

‘I can’t say it’s cult activity,’ Le Flore County Sheriff Rodney Derryberry said.

‘It is something that we have never in my career run across in this part of the country.
