Alex Rodriguez is getting in all the family time he can before going back to work as a baseball commentator.

The 44-year-old baseball legend shared an adorable family photo on Instagram Sunday evening, featuring his fiancee Jennifer Lopez, her two kids Emme and Maximillian, both 12, and Rodriguez’s daughters Natasha, 15, and Ella, 12.

The happy family were all seen laying down in a circle while looking up at the camera, as A-Rod expressed his gratitude to his family.

‘Next week, it’s back to the business of baseball for me. But as much as I have missed being around the game, I have cherished the additional time with family for these many months,’ Rodriguez began.

‘Moments like these have no offseason. Moments like these are better than winning any championship. Moments like these are forever,’ Rodriguez concluded, adding the heart emoji and the hashtag #grateful.

After a stellar 22-season playing career for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers and New York Yankees, Rodriguez retired from Major League Baseball in 2016.

Rodriguez has worked as a baseball analyst and commentator for Fox Sports and ESPN, where he is on the broadcast team for Sunday Night Baseball.

He is also the CEO of an investment firm called A-Rod Corp, and it was recently reported that he and his fiancee Jennifer Lopez are part of a bid to buy the New York Mets.

Rodriguez has also appeared on the ABC series Shark Tank, and hosted the CNBC series Back in the Game.

Rodriguez and Lopez started dating in February 2017, before they announced their engagement in March 2019.

The happy couple was originally supposed to tie the knot this summer, but the COVID-19 pandemic has ground all wedding plans to a halt.

There is no indication of when they may get married, now, but they’re both keeping plenty busy during their COVID-19 quarantine.

Lopez announced her new footwear line with DSW back in mid-March, with a collection featuring various styles.

‘We’re bringing the downtown street style that represents New York, some old Hollywood glamour, and a vibrancy that’s representative of Miami,’ she said.

‘With this collection, it’s my hope that people can find and represent multiple sides of themselves, all while remaining true to their most authentic self. We girls really can do it all,’ she added.

She has arrived in Milan for its bi-annual fashion week after wowing at Burberry’s virtual London Fashion Week show last week.

And Joan Smalls oozed confidence as she strutted down the runway at the Salvatore Ferragamo fashion show on Saturday afternoon.

The model, 32, looked typically elegant in an orange turtleneck jumper, which she wore tucked into a white midi-skirt belted around her svelte midriff.

Joan layered the look with a white leather jacket which was covered in holes, while also teaming it with a pair of heeled shoes.

The Puerto Rican-born beauty carried a peach leather handbag down the catwalk and she showed off the accessory on the runway.

She wore her brunette locks swept back and opted for soft touches of make-up to highlight her natural beauty.

Joan is currently taking part in Milan Fashion Week, after wowing during London’s virtual event last week.

Milan is only one of the four fashion capitals that is hosting the catwalk showcases with a few adjustments in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

The city is hosting 23 shows over the next five days- a move which sets them apart from New York and London, who have both held virtual fashion weeks.

Paris has 20 scheduled shows planned next week but coveted guest lists have been reduced dramatically, in keeping with strict socially distancing guidelines.

Milan Fashion Week is being held as a breakthrough for Italy, seven months on from when the country dealt with the devastating effects of coronavirus.

Back in February, Georgia Armani cancelled his show in Milan as the virus began to sweep through the country.

It comes just weeks after she appeared to have confirmed she is dating Henry Junior Chalhoub – a year after the pair were presumed to be ‘just friends

m night shyamalan reveals the artwork for his upcoming film old and a photo from the set

Director M. Night Shyamalan served up another surprise for his fans on Saturday by revealing the title and poster artwork for his upcoming movie Old on social media.

The 50-year-old thriller filmmaker also announced that he had started shooting the secretive movie with a photo of himself on set.

So far, little is known about the project, though Gael Garcia Bernal, Eliza Scanlen and Phantom Thread’s Vicky Krieps are among the actors announced to star in it.

Shyamalan sounded overjoyed to finally be working on his next big project.

‘Feels like a miracle that I am standing here shooting the first shot of my new film. It’s called Old,’ he wrote on his social media accounts.

The occasional actor’s photo showed him on top of a hill in a gray shirt and sporting shaggy hair as his crew set up a shot behind him.

He held up the slate board, which confirmed the movie’s name and helps to maintain continuity when it’s time to edit the footage.

Shyamalan and all is crew appeared to be wearing masks, and the actors likely had to quarantine in advance in accordance with new safety procedures.

It was previously reported that his new film would be another thriller, and the chilling poster design confirms as much.

The stylish and white artwork features an extreme closeup of what at first appears to be an hourglass with sand pooling at the bottom.

But a closer look reveals that the sand is compromised of human bodies plummeting in contorted positions.

‘It’s only a matter of time,’ reads the tagline, while the movie is described as ‘A new trip from writer/director M. Night Shyamalan.’

The initial casting announcement for the movie featured an all-star slate of actors including Gael Garcia Bernal, Eliza Scanlen, Thomasin McKenzie, Aaron Pierre, Alex Wolff, Vicky Krieps, Abbey Lee, Nikki Amuka-Bird and Ken Leung.

Deadline reported last month that Rufus Sewell, Embeth Davidtz and Emun Elliott were also joining the already stacked cast.

As is typical with a Shyamalan production, little is known about the plot, and it’s unclear if this movie will be connected to his earlier works, such as his trilogy of Unbreakable (2000), Split (2016) and Glass (2019).

Despite a lack of official details, the movie is based on the French graphic novel Sandcastle, written by Pierre Oscar Levy and with artwork by Frederik Peeters, according to Collider

The outlet reported that Shyamalan received a copy of the comic book as a Father’s Day gift, and he was so taken by it that he purchased the rights to use as a starting point for his film.

The film allegedly begins with the discovery of a dead body on a beach, which leads to disturbing realizations that something is amiss with the beach.

Shyamalan has previously posted a photo of himself that featured Sandcastle in the background, and he posted an Instagram selfie on September 17 that showed him at a tropical beach resort.

‘Me tech scouting my new feature film. We are a little over a week away from shooting. Feel lucky to be telling stories again,’ he captioned it.

Following a string of poorly received thrillers and sci-fi films in the late 2000s and early 2010s, Shyamalan returned to relevance with the horror film The Visit, which earned $98.5 million against a paltry $5 million budget.

He followed it up with the critically acclaimed box office hit Split, which starred James McAvoy and Anya Taylor-Joy.

The film was part of the same universe as his earlier thriller Unbreakable, and that films stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson joined McAvoy and Taylor-Joy in last year’s Glass, the conclusion to the trilogy.

Despite the COVD lockdown, the two have traveled a couple times even taking a local trip down to Coronado in San Diego to get away.

The couple first met in 2013 at a Grammys after-party and got engaged four years later while on a South African safari.

The two had a destination wedding in Hawaii with their friends and family, and had a raucous party that was DJ’d by Kygo.
