The pair looked glowing as they wore their blonde locks loose against the red studio backdrop.

Ashley relocated from Los Angeles to London seven years ago after the Pussycat Dolls went on hiatus in 2010.

She said in an interview with the Mail on Sunday’s YOU magazine: ‘If someone had told me 10 years ago that this would be my home and I’d be drinking builder’s tea and saying Brit things like loo and rubbish, I’d have been, like, “No way!”‘

The TV and radio personality has been focusing her professional efforts on her Heart FM gig after the Pussycat Dolls were forced to postpone their reunion tour until October due to coronavirus.

The pop group will play some of their arena shows across May and June 2021 and will travel to places including Cardiff, Birmingham and London before ending the tour in Glasgow.

Confirming the news in March, she said: ‘I know it’s a bummer to postpone. We have all waited so long for this to happen. But it’s everyone’s health and safety that matters the most. That being said… I can’t wait to see y’all in October!’

Ashley’s most recent relationship was with Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice, 29.

The couple called time on their year-long romance in January after meeting during Ashley’s stint on the BBC One dance competition in late 2018.

Kyle Sandilands recounted the humiliating moment he referred to actor Shane Jacobson as a ‘Z-lister’ without realising the Kenny star heard him during an off-air conversation.

Speaking on The Kyle & Jackie O Show on Thursday, the 49-year-old radio shock jock said the cringeworthy incident happened several years ago.

Kyle confessed he was in a ‘bad mood’ ahead of his interview with the 50-year-old actor alongside co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

Unknown to the veteran radio hosts, Shane was silently waiting for his interview on a satellite feed in a Melbourne studio.

Kyle said it had been a hectic morning and claimed one of his ‘annoying’ producers kept pestering him about his upcoming interview Shane.

‘I screamed at the producer and said, “I don’t give a f**k about Kenny the dunny guy! He can wait all f**king day for all I care,”‘ he recounted.

Jackie, 45, then interjected and reminded Kyle that he had actually referred to Shane as a ‘Z-lister’, describing the unfortunate incident as ‘awful’.

‘You called him a Z-lister. You said, “I’m not prerecording this Z-lister. Nobody even knows who he is,”‘ she reminded him.

Kyle admitted he ‘felt bad’ after learning Shane had overheard his whole conversation with the producer.

But he said Shane graciously laughed off the criticism, prompting Kyle to confess he would’ve handled it much differently if it had happened to him.

‘I felt for him because I thought if that was me hearing someone, I’d bash them nearly to death. I know I would. I wouldn’t be able to handle it,’ he admitted.

Jackie said Shane’s willingness to brush off Kyle’s harsh remarks just proved he’s ‘the biggest sweetheart’.

australian survivors flick egginton shares her excruciating endometriosis struggle

Australian Survivor All Stars contestant Felicity ‘Flick’ Egginton has opened up about living with a crippling condition.

The 27-year-old, who starred on Australian Survivor in 2016 and then returned for the show’s All Stars season this year, revealed that she suffers from stage two endometriosis in an emotional post this week.

Flick said that she went public with her condition to empower others experiencing symptoms to ‘go and get checked’ by a doctor.

‘If something doesn’t feel right. Get it checked. No matter what is going on in your life, please look after your health. It truly is the most important thing,’ she told her Instagram followers in her post on Wednesday.

Flick added she had always ‘felt embarrassed and ashamed to talk’ about the pain and symptoms she was experiencing, which she initially believed were ‘my normal’.

The blonde beauty always had ‘extremely painful periods along with tummy pains and cramps a lot of the days throughout the month’, and did not realise there was a problem until recently.

‘I’ve been dealing with excruciating pains when I have my period, after intercourse, when I am ovulating and also randomly throughout the month,’ Flick said.

‘Along with breakthrough bleeding and unpredictable periods, I have had issues with urgency of the toilet in the morning and HORRIBLE stabbing pain.

‘If I don’t pass urine or gas when I need to, it turns into a deep ache that lasts for hours.

‘I have back aches and the worst headaches too during and around that time of the month. ‘

She explained that one in 10 women suffer from endometriosis ‘at some point in their lives’ and shared three photographs of herself at the hospital.

Flick underwent surgery to remove it from her bladder, ovarian fossa, uterosacral ligament (USL), bowel, left pelvic walls – as they were sticking together – and pararectal.

A uterine polyps – aka endometrial polyps – was also removed, which are usually benign growths from the lining of the uterus.

The surgery was a success with Flick uploading pictures of herself recovering at home – and being looked after by fiancé JJ Henry.

‘As I am wanting to have a family of my own one day it was so important for me to get this under control along with being able to hopefully eliminate the pain I have endured almost daily from it,’ she said.

‘I am not embarrassed anymore. I hope from my experience it can help everyone reading this.’

Flick is known for candidly discussing her troubles with depression and anxiety.

She admitted in August she would compare herself to others as a teenager and young adult for not being ‘skinny enough’ and ‘unattractive’.

‘I never felt good enough and I never felt pretty enough. I was constantly putting myself down and doing crazy stupid diets,’ she revealed in an Instagram post on August 26.

‘I was constantly putting myself down and doing crazy stupid diets.

‘I struggled with depression and anxiety quite horribly in my early twenties after losing my Grandma, but also at other stages throughout my life.

‘I would be lying if I said I don’t still get anxiety as now it is something that I live with and have learnt to live with.’

kate ferdinand has battled with insecurities and feels guilty for slowing down while pregnant

Kate Ferdinand has admitted she’s been battling with insecurities and still ‘feels guilty’ for slowing down during the early months of her pregnancy.

The former TOWIE star, 29, who is expecting a baby boy with husband Rio, candidly discussed battling anxiety and ‘really struggling’ during her first trimester on the Women’s Health Going for Goal podcast.

Kate is set to welcome her first child with husband Rio, 41, in the coming months, and is already stepmum to his three children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine.

Kate candidly revealed she’s battled with anxiety and mental health struggles during her pregnancy, saying: ‘I struggle with my mental health… being active helps me day-to-day with my anxiety…

‘So when I can’t do things, I really struggle with it…I want to do everything. Rio says to me ‘Kate, just sit down. You just need to sit down and relax’. But I don’t know why, I just feel guilty when I do.

‘[Anxiety is] something I’ve suffered with from when I can remember. It can start over the simplest thing, and it’s just my mind playing tricks on me and can get out of control. But I do find that when I exercise or go for a walk, I seem to feel better for the day.’

The star then admitted her mental health has taken a toll during her pregnancy as she’s struggled to adjust to her changing body, especially during her first trimester.

She said: ‘I am quite emotional. I feel a little bit insecure.

‘I feel like not like me, and I struggled with that for a little while… feeling insecure with just how I look and my changing body, and I know it sounds very superficial… but struggling how to dress for this… Everything that you know has changed.’

Kate then added: ‘The first three months I really, really struggled. I’m normally really active and I run around like a lunatic, just doing everything constantly.

‘And I just couldn’t… I couldn’t get my head around being tired and not having the energy to go to the gym… But as I’m in the second trimester, I feel a bit more normal… I feel a bit more like myself.’

Asked how she’s been managing and improving her mental health during her pregnancy, Kate explained she’s tried to take regular breaks from social media.

She explained: ‘I’m still not great at it, but I do try to remember that social media and other people’s opinions is not me. I do try to have a break.

‘I try to stay off it, and for quite a bit of my pregnancy I wasn’t on social media. I just found I couldn’t keep up with the kids, the holiday and everything. When I’m not on it I do feel happier.

‘If you’re not in the right mindset it can just be a negative place… People write some crazy stuff on there, and you can get caught up in it all.’

Earlier this month Kate and Rio revealed they’re expecting a baby boy together, and the star admitted it came as a shock to stepdaughter Tia.

She told the podcast: ‘Me and Tia are very out-numbered. It’s going to be the fourth boy and she can’t believe it.

‘She looked like she was going to cry. She said: ”I really wanted a girl”…, but yeah another boy, more football boots, I suppose, I’m going to be at football matches for the rest of my life I think at this rate.’

Having spent a majority of her pregnancy in lockdown, Kate also spoke about the prospect of having to give birth with new restrictions.

She explained: ‘Obviously we’d really like to take the kids (to the hospital appointments) so it’s been a different experience to what you would imagine it to be.

‘But we’re just lucky we’ve got a healthy baby, so I’m trying not to focus on all that, and just record all the scans for the kids.

‘We’ll all watch it when we get home and put it on the TV…But I have seen a lot of things on social media about husbands not being allowed in for the birth, which seems crazy when people are down the pub.’

Kate and Rio, who married last year, announced their pregnancy on June 18, when Kate took to Instagram to share a heart-warming video of the moment they told their kids.
