She turned 54 this Friday. And Halle Berry looked agelessly radiant as she marked the occasion with an Instagram picture of herself skateboarding.

Wearing a T-shirt and bikini bottoms, she rode away from the camera down the street but turned back to smile at the photographer.

A rainbow shone in front of her in the picture, which the Oscar-winner captioned: ’54….life just gets better and better!’

Halle shared a video montage of herself skateboarding last month in a post marking Fitness Day and reminding her followers to ‘HAVE. FUN’ while exercising.

She recently posted an Instagram snap of herself frolicking across the beach in a bikini, revealing how impressively she has maintained her knockout figure.

Her orange bikini was reminiscent of the one she wore 18 years ago as the Bond girl Jinx in Die Another Day opposite Pierce Brosnan.

Halle has two children – daughter Nahla, 12, by her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, and son Maceo, six, by her third ex-husband Olivier Martinez.

As she begins the next year of her life Halle will see her feature directorial debut Bruised premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.

TIFF will occur September 10 to 19 with a hybrid of virtual and in-person events, though industry members and media are barred from screenings, IndieWire reports.

Halle stars as an ex-fighter who has left the MMA business and lost custody of her son, but the film finds her locked in a struggle to regain her child and career.

‘I didn’t really set out to direct it, I set out to act in it. I read the script and I loved it,’ Halle explained to iHeart + Variety’s The Big Ticket With Marc Malkin.

‘And, it was written, at that time, for a 22-year-old white woman, which, obviously, can’t be me,’ she said, but she persuaded ‘the producers that it should be me, and why it would be more relevant in the times in which we’re living if it were me.’

She got the part but while looking for a director she found that ‘nobody really saw the story that I saw in my head, that I kept talking to the producers about, that they loved. So, finally we just sat down one day and they said: “Why don’t you do it?”‘

Halle confessed: ‘I thought: “I can’t direct, this is a big acting role for me, I don’t think I should be directing as well.” And they gave me so much confidence and helped me realize that: “But nobody understands it like you. It’s story telling and we definitely feel confident that you’ve got the story.”

She recalled that ‘I put that hat on for a week or so and I thought about how that felt and I realized, after 25 years in the business there is a lot I know about filmmaking.’

The Oscar-winner shared: ‘I’ve never been the kind of actress that just goes to work, stays in my trailer and says: “Call me when you’re ready.”‘

Before Halle was attached to the project it was slated to star Blake Lively and be helmed by The Notebook director Nick Cassavetes, per Deadline.

lacey turner reveals shes pregnant with miracle second child

EastEnders actress Lacey Turner has announced she is pregnant with her second child.

The star and her husband Matt Kay, welcomed their daughter Dusty in July 2019 after suffering two miscarriages, and admitted to OK! Magazine this week that they ‘feel so lucky’ to have conceived again.

Lacey, 32, gushed that their happy news was a ‘miracle’, a day after it was reported she would be taking another extended break from BBC soap EastEnders.

Speaking to OK!, Lacey said: ‘We feel so lucky to be expecting our second baby, as it took so long to get Dusty.’

The star, who is 16 weeks pregnant, had two miscarriages before conceiving her daughter Dusty, 14 months.

‘It took so long with Dusty,’ explained Lacey. ‘But now they’re coming along like buses! After the heartbreak we went through, it’s a miracle to fall pregnant so quickly.’

Both of Lacey’s miscarriages happened at seven weeks and she admits it is a ‘huge relief’ to be further along the pregnancy and past the heartbreaking milestone.

She admitted: ‘I still feel nervous but I think I always will. I got past seven weeks, then nine weeks, and so on. They’re all milestones. The 20-week mark is the point I feel like I can breathe a bit easier, as it’s the halfway point. Although I went straight onto progesterone as I think that helped last time.’

She is a body confidence advocate who regularly shares sizzling social media snaps.

And Malin Andersson looked sensational as she showed off her gorgeous curves in an array of racy lingerie sets on Sunday.

Malin was wearing @Lovehoneylingerie pieces for the brand’s Virtual Camp on Thursday.

She added a caption reading: ‘Feeling super confident in these gorgeous new @lovehoneylingerie pieces & so excited to be joining the @lovehoneyofficial Virtual Camp this Thursday where I am one of the speakers talking about sexual happiness, body positivity and how to truly love yourself.

‘Come along & watch me on Thursday night – it’s free & the fun starts at 6pm with my talk – Loving the Skin You’re In – on from 7.30-8pm. Link in my bio for anyone who wants to join in. #camplovehoney #sexualhappiness #lovehoney #ad’

He was jailed for ten months after admitting the attack, which broke Malin’s hand, despite previously branding her ‘a liar’.

The TV star accused ‘narcissistic’ Tom of being abusive in a series of Instagram posts last year.

But Kemp, from Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, denied the claims at the time.

Malin and Kemp had an on-off romance, splitting briefly during her pregnancy, amid claims he had been unfaithful to her, but reconciling shortly before the birth.

heir baby daughter Consy was born seven weeks premature in December 2018 and was being treated at Great Ormond Street hospital, but sadly passed away aged four weeks on 22 January, 2019.

They split again last March, with Malin admitting it was better to end things between them as she and her partner struggled with their grief.

Malin now wrestles with PTSD, after the abusive relationship left her mental health and self-esteem in tatters.

She told The Sun: ‘You just feel helplessness, hopelessness, sadness, depression, anxiety.

‘The emotional abuse stays with you a lot longer than the physical. It takes a long, long time to heal.’

emmy awards schitts creek fan elton john surprise virtual appearance for outstanding comedy series

Schitt’s Creek was the big winner at Sunday night’s 72nd Emmy Awards – breaking the record for most wins in a single season for a comedy.

And an A-list celeb also revealed himself to be a huge fan of the comedy series, as Elton John made a surprise appearance during the largely virtual ceremony to introduce the show for the Outstanding Comedy Series nomination.

The Emmys enlisted celeb fans to lobby for each of the nominated comedy series, with Lin-Manuel Miranda, Gabrielle Union and Zooey Deschanel also making appearances.

Elton was the biggest surprise though, delighting fans as he gushed that Schitt’s Creek is ‘a show with a big Canadian heart.’

‘Three things really made this show an all-time favourite of mine,’ he continued. ‘One, they name-checked me in an episode.’

‘Two I met the cast backstage at one of my shows in Italy. Three I found out that Daniel Levy was named after one of my songs.’

The superfan’s words did the trick as Schitt’s Creek went on to scoop the top prize of Outstanding Comedy Series, after already winning the first seven awards of the night.

The show, which broadcast its sixth and final season this year, became the first comedy series to sweep the four main acting categories in a single year as well as the first series to win all seven major awards in a single year, taking home nine gongs in total.

The sitcom beat out Curb Your Enthusiasm, Dead To Me, The Good Place, Insecure, The Kominsky Method, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and What We Do in the Shadows for the Best Comedy Series prize.

Creators and father-son duo Eugene, 73, and Dan Levy, 37, accepted the honor together as the son took time to urge viewers to vote.

Dan said: ‘Oh, boy. Our show at its core is about the transformational effects of love and acceptance. We need it now more than ever before. If you have not registered to vote, please do so, and then go out and vote. That’s the only way we need love and acceptance out there. Dad, do the rest of the fun stuff, sorry for making this political.’

He earlier apologized after winning the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

‘Oh, no. Okay, the Internet is about to turn on me. I’m so sorry,’ Dan said upon accepting his award in Canada where he gathered with the show’s cast and crew.

Twelve-time Emmy nominee Sandra Oh, 49, noticed his apology.

‘Dan Levy – a true Canadian, just apologized for winning!! Lol!!,’ Sandra tweeted for her roughly 1.2 million followers.

The series follows the trials and tribulations of the formerly wealthy Rose family as they are forced to relocate to Schitt’s Creek, a small town they once purchased as a joke.

Schitt’s Creek in addition to the Outstanding Comedy Series award also won four acting awards for its lead and supporting actors and actresses as well as awards for directing and writing. It also won costuming and casting awards at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards last week, giving it a record nine Emmy awards, the most for a comedy in a single year.
