Katie Price and her boyfriend Carl Woods ‘hope to have children in the future’ as their relationship goes from strength-to-strength.

A source has told MailOnline that the mother-of-five, 42, is in a ‘great headspace’ and is ‘so happy’ with the former Love Island star, 31, as he continues to take care of her following her gruelling operation on her broken feet.

Last week, it was claimed that Katie thought she might be pregnant with her sixth child after she started craving ice, a popular snack among expecting mothers.

Yet the source said that the unusual choice of snack is ‘most likely a post-surgery craving’ and ‘not a sign of pregnancy’.

They told MailOnline: ‘She is craving ice, it is quite bonkers really, but it’s most likely a post-surgery craving from her recent foot operation and not a sign of pregnancy.

‘Eating ice can be a sign of mineral deficiency, especially after having a serious operation.’

Talking about Katie’s plans for the future, the source added that she is in a ‘great headspace’ and wants children with Carl.

They continued: ‘She’s in a really great headspace at the moment, she’s so happy and she’s not drinking. Her manager is keeping her organised, she has a diary to keep track of her schedule.

‘Katie and Carl are really happy, they are a power couple. Carl is very supportive of Katie and they hope to have children in the future.’

Katie is already a mother to Harvey, 18, from her relationship with Dwayne York and Junior, 15 and Princess, 13, from her marriage to Peter Andre.

She also shares Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with her ex-husband Kieran Hayler, who she divorced earlier this year.

Carl has been doting on Katie ever since she broke both legs during a freak accident on their Turkish holiday in July.

Their baby-making plans were revealed on her YouTube upload on Wednesday after her eldest daughter, Princess, found an open ovulation test.

While looking for the products, Princess pulled out the test and asked: ‘One thing, why is there an open pregnancy test? I brought it just to show you that it’s open.’

Brandishing the ‘pregnancy test’, Princess confirmed: ‘An open pregnancy test!’

Katie’s boyfriend, who she has been in a relationship with for four months, seemed equally shocked and said: ‘What? Let’s have a look at that. That’s interesting, where did you you find that?’

However he soon explained: ‘These aren’t pregnancy tests. They’re ovulation kits.’

Katie then admitted she had already used one after Princess revealed that there was one missing from the open pack.

Carl told Princess: ‘It means that you could have a brother or sister if it’s a smiley face.’

Katie added: ‘That means you have to have sex when you see a smiley face.’

However, her horrendous foot injuries could significantly impact her mobility throughout pregnancy if Katie conceives.

The reality star was recently told that she’ll be in a wheelchair for another six months as she continues to recover from her foot surgery.

The new six-month timeframe means Katie will still be relying on her wheelchair well into the start of 2021 but she is determined to stay positive as she was originally told it could take up to a year before she can walk again.

The star has previously revealed that she feared her horrific injury would leave her ‘paralysed’ after she plummeted 25ft off a wall at a theme park in Turkey.

She famously opened up about being discriminated against due to her red hair on The Bachelor

And now Zoe-Clare McDonald has bravely come forward about her insecurities once again, this time opening up about her battle with depression and body image issues.

In an incredibly candid Instagram post on Thursday, the 23-year-old shared before and after photos of her trim bikini body taken exactly a year apart – and called it ‘the scariest thing I’ve ever done’.

‘Anyone who knows me well knows how much I’ve struggled with my body image and anxiety throughout my life,’ she explained.

‘These pictures are taken exactly a year apart. I was so happy in the left picture mentally and physically. In the right picture I was struggling with anxiety and with an eating disorder,’ she continued.

The former reality star then admitted that she’s shied away from showing off her body in recent months due to fears over being body shamed.

‘Emotional and physical mental health is such a serious thing and I’ve struggled with both in my life time. It took me a long time to pick up the phone and reach out to the people I needed the most whether it be loved ones or medical professionals,’ she added.

Zoe then shared a link to the Butterfly Foundation, which helps Australians suffering from eating disorders and body image issues, and Beyond Blue, which is a mental health charity.

The Brisbane-based beauty starred on this season of The Bachelor, but was eliminated after failing to receive a rose from Locky Gilbert.

Shortly after her arrival on this year’s season, she went on a lengthy rant about how redheads are regularly discriminated against after Areeba Emmanuel interrupted her discussion with Locky.

‘To me, it’s disrespectful. If she wants to act the child, that’s fine,’ she told producers.

She continued: ‘I’m the only redhead in the whole entire house… The only colours are blonde or brunette, and then there’s me. I think that’s exactly why Areeba is targeting me. It’s the red hair. It’s just…it’s not appropriate.’

‘Like, did Areeba do it to any of the blonde girls? Any of the brunette girls? No.’

She continued: ‘What’s wrong with a ranga? I’m sorry, do you want me to dye my hair every 10 seconds because you don’t like my colour? I’m so sorry, but this is natural, guys. It’s not going anywhere.’

The dress was arguably more disco than country, but it certainly showcased Hyland’s slim 5ft2in figure.

The four-time SAG Award winner was wearing the flirty frock while presenting the Collaborative Video of the Year trophy to The Voice couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani for their duet, Nobody But You.

Sarah got to show off her bronzed gams in a metallic magenta Greta Constantine mini-dress featuring a single puffed sleeve and dragging train.

Hyland finished off her second look of the evening with striking Christian Louboutin stilettos.

Hyland is ‘so excited’ to reunite with her Modern Family onscreen father Ty Burrell for ABC sitcom Yours, Mine & Paul’s.

The 52-year-old Emmy winner will executive produce the comedy about surrogate/egg donor Lauren, who co-parents a baby with her nemesis Xander after his husband (and her best friend) Paul passes away.

Ty and Sarah famously earned $500K and $100K per episode, respectively, to portray father-daughter duo Phil and Haley Dunphy in the ABC mockumentary sitcom, which concluded April 8 after 11 seasons.

Sonia Kruger will no longer serve as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent: Challengers & Champions.

With the 55-year-old’s hosting expertise spread across three programs – Big Brother, The Voice and Holy Moly – Channel Seven has decided to ease her workload.

On Thursday, the network’s director of programming, Andrew Backwell, told TV Tonight: ‘Sonia is on some of our biggest shows, we don’t need her on AGT too.’

‘You can see how good she is, she jumps off the screen,’ he said of the blonde bombshell.

‘Watching her do the pieces on Big Brother, she’s superb talent, so she’s on three big shows,’ he added.

It is not yet known who will replace Sonia as a judge on AGT. Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Seven for comment.

Next year is set to be a busy one for the mother-of-one, who will front the network’s biggest reality and entertainment programs.

Aside from Big Brother, she will return to her hosting role on The Voice.

She will also present mini golf show Holey Moley with former Olympian Matt Shirvington and American actor Rob Riggle.

It comes after Sonia took a swipe at Channel Nine after The Voice was recently acquired by Channel Seven.

At the Upfronts presentation on Wednesday, Sonia said: ‘The Voice is back, where it belongs.

‘On whichever network I’m currently working at. Which is definitely Channel Seven,’ she quipped.
