‘Throughout the years you have known me, I was fighting the fact that I have always been a woman inside myself.’

Later on, Ruth asked: ‘What about love in your life?’

Jessica said: ‘First, is to love yourself. My priority is myself and my transition. I would like to have a child and like to have a baby.

‘I visualise myself taking care of my baby and being with someone who loves me and accepts for me for who I am.’

Ruth noted: ‘All of your [previous] surgeries were to become more masculine. Did you always know you wanted to be Jessica?’

Jessica said: ‘I’ve always known I was a woman, since the age of three, four, five, six. I always played with dolls and was in touch with my feminine side.

‘I started cross dressing at home in secret. I would sit in secret in front of the television and nobody knew. I was trying to be a man. I had a six pack, big arms.

‘I tried my best to be a male because I was born in this body. But I was very depressed and unhappy. I transitioned or I died, one or the other.’

Eamonn began listing the surgeries Jessica has had in the past at a cost of hundreds of thousands of pounds, including facial feminisation, breast enlargement, having her Adam’s apple removed, lower body procedures, hormones…’

Jessica said: ‘I still need two or three more surgeries to complete my transition and then I swear for God, I’ll be done with plastic surgery.

‘There’s only so much a body can take. But I had to do it to reach the person I am today. What I’m doing today, it’s right for me.

‘I don’t wish I transitioned earlier because I had to go through all of that and what I was going through inside myself. Having said that, surgeries can be risky.

‘I am a very healthy person and don’t drink. I sleep well and I eat well. I need three more to complete my transition and then I’m done.

‘My happiness before was a happiness that didn’t last for long. It was an outside happiness. Now my happiness comes from my heart.’

Ruth asked: ‘Where do you see yourself? Where would you like your life to go?’

Jessica replied: ‘I’m a very lucky person because I have an amazing family and couldn’t wish for a better family than mine. They give me presents and jewellery.

‘My friends, very good long term friends, are not friends anymore. A lot of them can’t relate to the new me.

‘They find it difficult which I respect, I’m not going to force anyone to be my friend. I’m still being a television personality in different countries. Unfortunately, I don’t get to do much here. There’s not much of a market for me.’

Eamonn asked: ‘Do you have anyone who’s been through the transgender process?’

Jessica replied: ‘I don’t. I would love to but I don’t have any close transgender friends. It was a decision I made by myself with the help of my doctors.

‘I told my family and close friends. But the truth is, we don’t know transgender people. I think transgender people should be more recognised.

‘We should see more transgender people on TV, in film, in art. We are like everyone else, we are just born differently.’

Eamonn said: ‘Jessica it’s lovely to meet you for the first time.’

Jessica replied: ‘My name on social network is still Rodrigo but it should be changed today because I’m announcing my new name with you guys.’

anderson cooper gushes over his 4 month old son wyatt in adorable side by side snap

Anderson Cooper welcomed his first child, Wyatt, via surrogate in April and is every inch a doting dad.

The 53-year-old CNN anchor gave an update on his son who will turn five-months-old in just two weeks, calling him ‘such a happy baby.’

Cooper shared an adorable snap, with his 2.5m Instagram followers on Friday, in which he laid side-by-side with his son in bed.

The son of Gloria Vanderbilt wore black frame glasses and a soft maroon T-shirt as he flashed a bright smile to the camera.

Meanwhile, Wyatt seemed to only be in a diaper and a white long-sleeve shirt that was pulled behind revealing his round baby belly.

‘My son will be five months old in less than two weeks,’ Cooper captioned the selfie. ‘He is such a happy baby even though he has started teething.’

He went on to describe his son’s growing love of being read to with a classic children’s book.

‘He loves being read to and so far Dr. Seuss is his favorite,’ he added. ‘Particularly, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.’

Though he joked ‘Ok, that’s my favorite, but he does seem to like it a lot.’

The journalist has previously opened up about his choice to co-parent Wyatt with his ex-boyfriend Benjamin Maisani, who he split from in 2018 after ten years together.

Speaking in the June Pride issue of People, he said ‘I knew what it was like growing up without a dad,’ adding, ‘If there was ever something that happened to me, I would want Wyatt to be surrounded by love,’ in regards to his father Wyatt Cooper passing away during surgery when he was just 10.

In the same issue of the magazine, the new dad said he hasn’t ruled out welcoming more children in the future.

‘I need to probably sleep a little bit more and clear my head, but I think it would be great, one day, to have a brother or sister for Wyatt,’ he said.  ‘I haven’t ruled anything out down the road.’

Despite adjusting to his new schedule, which includes waking up around 7 a.m., after anchoring his CNN show every weekday night, his son has ‘changed everything,’ while speaking to WSJ. Magazine in August.

‘It’s changed everything,’ he admitted. ‘I’ve often in my life felt like I was waiting for my actual life to begin – it’s obviously ridiculous because I’m 53 years old – but… I’ve been very focused on getting to some place, getting a story. Because I’m focused on him, it gives an order to everything.’

Emily Ratajkowski recently dropped a bombshell on the fashion industry, as she recounted the sexual assault she experienced during a photo shoot.

And the Inamorata founder is keeping her head held high, as her friends and fans rally around her in support.

She embraced autumn on the East Coast, as she sported an oversized tan blazer and a Yankees baseball cap, while walking her dog Colombo through her New York City neighborhood.

The 29-year-old paired the open coat with a black top, distressed straight leg jeans and a pair of white sneakers.

She finished the look with some black cat-eye sunglasses, gold hoop earrings and a black face mask.

Ratajkowski opened up Tuesday in a personal essay for The Cut about being assaulted by photographer Jonathan Leder in 2012, during a shoot at his home in Woodstock, New York.

She detailed the lingerie he had her wear, before asking her to go nude, as he offered her one glass of red wine after another.

Later, after the makeup artist for the unpaid shoot went to bed, she and Leder sat on the couch, where she ‘absentmindedly’ began rubbing her feet against him for warmth.

The Gone Girl actress wrote: ‘Most of what came next was a blur except for the feeling. I don’t remember kissing, but I do remember his fingers suddenly being inside of me. Harder and harder and pushing and pushing like no one had touched me before or has touched me since.’

A few years later, she learned that he was selling a book of risqué photographs from the unpaid shoot, which she originally only gave permission to use in a magazine.

Leder provided a copy of a release, which granted him the necessary rights, claiming it was signed by her agent at the time.

The photographer’s representatives have since released a statement, denying her allegations: ‘Mr. Leder completely denies her outrageous libelous allegations of being “assaulted.” It is grotesque and sad that she is so vindictive about the publication of the photos.’

Ratajkowski took to Instagram after the essay was released, as she thanked her 26.8million followers for their support.

She wrote: ‘It’s been nothing short of life-changing to see how many women (and men!) this piece resonated with.

‘Thank you to every single person who read, shared, commented and tagged me. I can’t tell you what it feels like to see my words in print and to hear from each and everyone of you. Thank you.’

The I Feel Pretty actress later expanded on the issue with V Magazine, opening up about how she’s evolved over the years as a model and entrepreneur in the fashion industry, as well as how she’s approached fragile masculinity.

She told friend and photographer Inez Van Lamsweerde: ‘In general, you have no control. When I was younger, I just kind of let things happen. And I struggled with that.

‘I’m so glad that I don’t [have to do that] now. I’m not this passive person who is not in control. I’m 29, so I’m kind of leaving [that] behind.’

Ratajkowski continued: ‘I understand, with love, that men’s experiences have been really limited. The way that men feel and process shame is so different.

‘You have to teach them about experiences that you, as a woman in the world, [have had]. Expose them to that.’
