Natalie Gauci has publicly blasted The Voice Australia after competing on the singing competition this year.

The 38-year-old, who previously won Australian Idol, told News Corp on Sunday that she believes The Voice has become soulless and commercialised, and that the program is destined for the chopping block.

‘I think The Voice is on its last legs. Australian Idol was so innocent, it was all about the music,’ she lamented.

‘Now it’s become so commercialised, and it’s all about money. The Voice has lost its soul.’

The singer, who found fame on Australian Idol in 2007, claimed she was initially unhappy with the salary Channel Nine wanted to pay her for The Voice.

After negotiating with network bosses, the mother-of-one managed to raise her paycheque by one thousand dollars.

However, Natalie noted that it was still nothing in comparison to the wages earned by the celebrity coaches.

‘The coaches are paid millions, why can’t the contestants get paid lots of money too? We’re all professionals, we’re all here to make a living,’ she complained.

The brunette also alleged that her celebrity mentor Guy Sebastian failed to provide the ‘nurturing’ that she expected to receive, and that a team of vocal coaches would often step in for him instead.

Natalie went on to accuse the show of editing out footage of her defending herself when American star Kelly accused her of ‘screeching like a cat’ during a performance.

She was also left unimpressed by the show focusing on contestants’ backstories rather than their actual singing capabilities.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine representatives for comment.

victoria beckham gushes over her husband and admits she fell in love with his smile first

They have been a couple for a whopping 23 years.

And Victoria Beckham, 46, proved she is as loved up as ever with her husband David, 45, as she took to the Instagram account for her eponymous beauty range on Tuesday, to gush about her romance with the football legend.

Alongside an image from their wedding, the Spice Girl wrote: ‘Let me tell you, love at first sight does exist. I fell in love with David’s smile first but as I got to know him, I just found such comfort in the way he made me feel, like the best version of myself’.

In her Victoria Beckham Beauty posts, Victoria, who shares Brooklyn, 21, Romeo, 18. Cruz, 15 and Harper, nine with her husband, also spoke about her confidence issues before her time in the spotlight.

She penned: ‘Pre-Posh I was terribly shy. But my mum always encouraged me to use my voice to be kind and courageous. I learned then that your voice is powerful no matter your age or notoriety.’

The Beckhams famously married in a spectacular ceremony, costing a reported £800,000 in which they both donned bold ensembles. Images from the big day featured in an OK! spread and front cover story.

Their marriage came when David had just won the treble with Manchester United and Victoria was a global icon with the Spice Girls.

Their highly-anticipated wedding ceremony came on July 4 in an extravagant ceremony — complete with golden thrones and a glittering tiara for the blushing bride.

While no expense was spared for the nuptials — conducted by Bishop of Cork, Paul Colton — the day was also filled with touching, heartfelt moments, including four-month-old Brooklyn serving as the ring bearer.

While Victoria admitted she fell for David’s smile, the story of his love at first sight is the stuff of legend after he saw her in a catsuit in the Spice Girls’ Say You’ll Be There video.

Earlier this year David detailed the moment as he wroite: ‘Well about 23 years ago I was sat in a room with Gary Neville and the spice girls were on the TV and I turned around to him and said “ohhhh I like that one in the little black catsuit.

In 2017, Victoria wrote a letter to her 18-year-old self back for Vogue last year, offering marriage tips.  She wrote: ‘In marriage: have patience. Bite your tongue. Be supportive. And preserve a bit of mystique.

‘Never let yourself go completely (at least brush your hair, clean your teeth, have a bit of a brow going on because you will always want him to look at you and feel attracted).’

In 2010, David spoke to Hello! about how they keep their relationship alive, with David saying they ‘have a date night every Wednesday.’

Victoria added: ‘We catch up on what we’ve missed on TV. We watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians. We’re soulmates. Sometimes people throw s*** at us but we get through it…

‘You deal with it, or you don’t.’You go into a marriage knowing there are going to be ups and downs. We’re in the public eye so we have more to deal with than most. We accepted that years ago. It’s just about us and the family.’

In 1996 — when Victoria was the more famous of the two, thanks to her role in chart-topping girl band the Spice Girls — young Manchester United footballer David, knew she was the one for him before they even met.

Then known to her legions of fans as Posh Spice, Victoria admitted that nobody even wanted to date her before she was eventually introduced to David in 1997 — at his request — after his team’s charity football match.

Michelle Keegan looked in high spirits as she filmed scenes for Brassic after the show was slammed by a grieving mother.

The Sky comedy series apologised after a mother slammed the TV crew for digging a fake plot just six feet from her son’s grave.

As filming moved from the cemetery to a housing estate in a Manchester, the 33-year-old actress was seen in character as Erin Croft on Friday.

Not in typical funeral attire, the actress donned a khaki padded jacket teamed with jogging bottoms and patent boots.

Michelle also donned a white fleece top, whilst she accessorised with gold hooped earrings and a selection of necklaces.

She completed the look by styling her glossy chestnut locks in a half up style.

It’s not clear if the scenes being filmed were in fact depicting a funeral, as the cast were filmed jumping in the back of a hearse.

Between takes, Michelle and various members of cast and crew could be seen wearing face masks amid the pandemic.

Members of the crew tested positive for coronavirus in late September forcing production to halt temporarily.

The filming comes after the crew were branded a ‘disgrace’ by mother-of-three Tracy Goldie-Auxilly, after they dug near the plot where her son Gareth, 39, had been laid to rest two weeks before.

The Sky One comedy is currently filming its third season in Lancashire and was given permission by Rossendale Council to shoot at Whitworth Cemetery last week.

Tracy revealed how her autistic daughter Chloe, 31, visited her brother’s grave on Thursday 14 October.

However she was left confused and devastated when she saw the cast and crew gathered about a freshly dug hole just feet from Gareth’s final resting place. Show star Michelle was not present for the scene.

Gareth’s plot was still decorated with memorial wreaths and flowers when the crew were filming including two letter wreaths, one saying ‘Dad’ the other ‘Gaz’.

Brassic is a comedy set in the fictional East Lancashire town of Hawley, featuring Michelle Keegan, 33, who stars as Erin Croft and Joe Gilgun, 36, who plays Vinnie O’Neil.

Tracy said the crew were heard swearing and being crass while Chloe tried to have time alone with her brother who died suddenly on September 11.

‘It’s a disgrace, you’re filming graveyards, a place where you lay people to rest,’ said Tracy.

‘At the end of the day it’s not a playground, the crew could have used a farmer’s field with some props, Brassic isn’t a serious topic they could have filmed somewhere else.

‘I want the council to go away delve into their conscience, what they have done has devastated my family.

‘When the film crew got there it was obvious there was a freshly buried body.’

Speaking about her daughter Chloe, Tracy continued: ‘She was so confused.

‘Initially she thought she had wandered into a funeral. She was just devastated, they were still filming when she was at his grave.

‘They were swearing and shouting, Chloe couldn’t get her head around it. Some of the language they were using really wasn’t nice.

‘When she found out the grave they had dug wasn’t real it upset her even more. This has taken my family so far back.’

The father-of-two, who has left behind an eight-year-old daughter and son, 12, experienced a kind of seizure and died almost instantly while he was stood in his mother’s kitchen.

Tracy said that the family are still awaiting a coroner’s report to find out the true cause of his death.

She said: ‘We are completely shell shocked by it, everything happened so quickly. He so missed it’s untrue.’

Due to coronavirus restrictions only 15 people were able to attend Gareth’s funeral on September 29 and he was buried at the cemetery in Whitworth.

Tracy said that the family chose the idyllic graveyard specifically due to its beauty.

Rossendale Council gave permission for the film crew to attend the graveyard on October 14 and October 15 in order to shoot scenes for Brassic.

A council spokesperson told LancsLive: ‘The council would like to apologise for the upset this incident this has caused the family at this very difficult time.

‘The production company were granted permission to do the filming several weeks ago.

‘The council do take every precaution to ensure a considerable distance between filming and any existing graves, and we did not intend to cause any upset.’

Sky have also offered their apologies to the family.

A spokesperson for the network told LancsLive: ‘We’re very sorry for any distress we caused when filming scenes on location at Rossendale.

‘While our production team had received permission to film scenes on location, we understand the impact this had on the family member and we would like to offer them our deepest sympathy and condolences.

‘While filming was taking place the production was conscious someone was visiting and out of respect, a crew member reached out in person, to offer apologies for any disruption caused.

‘The series is post-watershed and plays out after 10pm. As a result, it contains adult language and we offer apologies for any sensitivities cause by this being overheard during filming.’

Sky also wanted to reiterate that they were given permission to film at the location in advance from council.

They said production signage was placed at entrances to the cemetery to make visitors aware filming was taking place, although Tracy said she was not aware of seeing any signs when she visited the graveyard herself.

The crew filmed seasons one and two largely in the town of Bacup, Lancashire, and have continued to use locations across the county with stars spotted regularly.

The series is based on Gilgun’s home town of Chorley which is why filming has taken place in Bacup and much of Rossendale.

Harry Styles can do no wrong as far as style is concerned. When he’s not wearing new season Gucci, he’s serving up Rachel Green realness in the form of a vintage tee.

The Friends fans among us will instantly recognise this ‘Save The Drama For Your Mama’ t-shirt, as worn by Jennifer Aniston back in the early aughts. While the origins of JenAn’s tee aren’t known, we do know that Harry’s version was lovingly hand-embroidered by his sister, Gemma.

Thankfully, though, there are plenty of versions of this tee floating around the internet. Click (right) to follow in the very fashionable footsteps of Rachel Green and Harry Styles.

The Fine Line singer made his acting debut in 2017 film Dunkirk and producers were apparently impressed with his efforts in the war flick.

It has long been questioned what Harry’s next acting project would be and fan’s prayers have been answered as he has signed his next film.

Harry’s co-stars in the thriller include Florence Pugh [Little Women] and Chris Pine [Star Trek], who both signed on to the film earlier this year.

Sources told Deadline after impressing director Olivia Wilde and Florence during an initial meeting, the feeling was mutual to get him to sign on.

Don’t Worry, Darling is the next directing outing for Olivia, who previously directed Booksmart and is slated to be the head of a new Marvel film.

Little has been announced about the film as yet, however it will be set in an isolated, utopian community in the 1950s California desert, according to the publication.

The screenplay was written by Katie Silberman, who also wrote Booksmart, based on a spec script by Shane and Carey Van Dyke.

The film production is said to be starting this autumn as New Line Cinema has apparently listed it as a high priority, after bagging the rights in a bidding war.
