Two ‘furious’ waste removal men filmed themselves dumping a truckload of a customer’s rubbish over her driveway – as revenge when she reportedly refused to pay up.
Jonathan Morgan, 31, and his brother Calum, 27, spent two hours clearing the mess, which consisted of bed frames, mattresses, and doors, outside the resident’s house in Cardiff, Wales, before loading it up on their lorry.
However when the customer ‘failed to pay up’, the brothers, who run Cardiff Waste Removal & House Clearance, decided to take matters into their own hands.
In footage shared on social media, Calum films his brother Jonathan as he reverses the truck up to the customer’s front door and lifts its fully-loaded rear.

Calum (left), 27, and Jonathan Morgan (right), 31, who run Cardiff Waste Removal & House Clearance, spent two hours clearing the mess outside the property in Cardiff
With the rear of the truck beginning to tilt back, Calum says: ‘This is what happens to customers who don’t pay. They get a refund, free of charge hey Jon?’
Within seconds, the pile of rubbish falls to the ground and forms a mountain at the front of the property as Calum exclaims: ‘Excellent!’
The brothers, who turned up to the house on July 20, said they were told by the customer she would return with their money before they left but when she did not come back the brothers were forced to phone her.
After they were allegedly blocked on four separate phone numbers, Jonathan said he gave the woman an ultimatum of paying within an hour or they would give her rubbish back.
However the pair claim the woman dared them to do so – despite the men already offering a discount when the woman claimed she was struggling for money.
Jonathan said: ‘That’s why we were even more angry when it became clear she was trying to rip us off anyway. We quoted her £120, normally it would have been a £200 job.
‘She seemed like a really nice lady and explained she didn’t have too much money so we said we’d do it for just above cost price. We weren’t making a huge amount on the job, just wanted to help her out.
‘I don’t know why she was trying to negotiate if she was going to rip us off anyway. Maybe it was to keep up a facade.
‘We were obviously angry but it also made us a little bit upset. We were getting on really well with her so when it turned out to be a bare faced lie, we were a little down.
‘She told us she was going across the city to her mum’s and pick up the cash and that she’d be back before we finished the job.
Jonathan reverses the lorry backwards as Callum watches from behind and films the action
The pile of rubbish falls to the ground and forms a mountain at the front of the property as the lorry drives forward
‘We loaded the lorry and she still wasn’t back. We called her a couple of times and gave us various excuses about why she hadn’t returned.
‘She then started ignoring our calls before blocking our number. We tried on a second phone and she did the same thing. We tried with three or four different numbers but she kept blocking them.
‘It became apparent that she was ignoring us so we finally got through to her on a landline and told her the service needed to be paid for.
‘We said if she didn’t pay us within the hour, we’d return the property to her. She sort of dared us to and said she didn’t think we’d do it.
‘But we did. All we did was give her back her property. I wouldn’t want to be accused of stealing.’
Following the incident, the pair described their frustration at being made to miss other jobs while waiting for the woman to return.
Calum said: ‘We weren’t really making any money on the job. Because we’d given her such a cheap price, we didn’t expect her to do that.’
Jonathan added: ‘We were really busy with other work but squeezed her in as she made out she was desperate to get the stuff shifted.
‘She was delaying us from going to other jobs which was costing us money.
‘One of her relatives has phoned us and said we’ve got the money now, can you take waste away if we pay up front?
‘We’ve said we’re not interested in the job anymore. We don’t want to go back to the property.
Following the incident, the brothers took to their company Facebook page to share the footage and a message
‘We’ve had a couple of threats as they said they’d dump stuff on our mum’s property.’
The brothers later shared their footage on their Facebook page Cardiff Waste Removal and Clearance next to a post which read: ‘I can honestly say that since we started in business we have had nothing but good relations with our customer base.
‘Unfortunately, today we came across our first real life knocker (a person who intentionally withholds Fair payment for the purpose of personal gain).
‘After many hours of being lied to, bounced back and forth different telephone numbers we came to the conclusion that we had in fact been knocked.
‘We spent 3 hours in the blistering heat tidying this person’s hone up for them only to be ripped off for our money and therefore we took the decision to give them their waste back. Wrong, Right?
‘I’m not looking for a debate, we are just making it clear that if you think ripping off working men for their wages when they have children to feed and homes to run then you will be getting a seriously big load of cr*p put back on your toes.
‘As for everyone else you will be treated with the same respect we’ve always shown and you will continue to receive a good service for a fair price.’

Names of EVERY passenger on Jeffrey Epstein’s aircraft ‘to be revealed “sparking panic”‘
Jeffrey Epstein‘s flight logs on his aircraft, including his ‘Lolita Express’ jet, have been subpoenaed, sparking fear among the rich and famous who partied with the pedophile.
The Attorney General in the US Virgin Islands, where the billionaire had a home and is said to have carried out many of his horrific crimes, has demanded to see the logs which document the passengers on his aircraft.
The logs on his four helicopters and three planes span from 1998 until his suicide in prison last year.
Jeffrey Epstein’s flight logs on his aircraft, including his ‘Lolita Express’ jet, have been subpoenaed, sparking fear among the rich and famous who partied with the pedophile
Attorney General Denise George has filed a lawsuit against his estate alleging 22 accounts including human trafficking, aggravated rape, child abuse, neglect, forced labour and prostitution, The Mirror reported.
Ms George is also requesting to see any ‘complaints or reports of potentially suspicious conduct’ as well as personal notes made by the pilots.
The subpoena demands the names and details of anyone who worked for the pilots, interacted with Epstein and passengers who travelled with him.

Pilot David Rodgers has previously revealed logs from 2009 which showed Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey and Naomi Campbell were among those who flew on his jet.
It is not suggested they were aware of any wrongdoing by Epstein.
A source said: ‘The records that have been subpoenaed will make the ones Rodgers provided look like a Post-It note.
‘There is panic among many of the rich and famous.’
Lawyers for the victims said the logs released in 2009 did not include the flights of chief pilot Larry Visoki who had flown Epstein for more than 25 years.

Adam Perry Lang, 51, opened the Barbecoa restaurant with Jamie Oliver in London in 2010 – and worked for Jeffrey Epstein between 1999 and 2003.
He is now ‘fully cooperating’ with the FBI investigation into allegations of sexual abuse by depraved billionaire Epstein, reported the Daily Mirror.
Attorney Arick Fudali, representing the victims, heaped pressure on Prince Andrew – who has been accused of stonewalling detectives.
Adam Perry Lang (pictured in 2015), 51, opened the Barbecoa restaurant with Jamie Oliver in London in 2010 – and worked for Jeffrey Epstein between 1999 and 2003
Mr Fudali said: ‘We certainly hope that this may inspire other witnesses to come forward and help shed some light on Epstein’s dark scheme.’
American Mr Perry Lang catered for the Duke of York, 60, and flew with him in a private jet on two occasions – once in February 1999 and in May 2000.
Sources told the newspaper: ‘Perry Lang holds information on what took place. They will get as much detail as possible that will shape any interview they may one day have with the duke.’
Attorney Arick Fudali, representing the victims, heaped pressure on Prince Andrew (pictured last year) – who has been accused of stonewalling detectives
Mr Perry Lang, who has been described as a decent man by victims, came forward after Virginia Giuffre, 37, wrote to ask him to be the ‘hero’.
His lawyer Lawrence Lustberg confirmed the chef was helping the FBI. Mr Perry Lang himself added: ‘We have absolutely always been available to the attorneys representing the victims.’
He previously denied being aware of any ‘depraved behaviour’ during his four-year term as Epstein’s chef.
Epstein, 66, killed himself while awaiting trial in a cell for underage sex trafficking last year.
Last month, Virginia Giuffre claimed Prince Andrew played a ‘guessing game,’ with British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell about her age before comparing her to his daughters.
Mr Perry Lang (pictured in 2016) is now ‘fully cooperating’ with the FBI investigation into allegations of sexual abuse by depraved billionaire Epstein
The accuser spoke out in a documentary series, Surviving Jeffrey Epstein, claiming she met the royal in London, describing him as an ‘abuser,’ and ‘not the prince from the fairy tale stories you read’.
Ms Giuffre, who says she was trafficked by pedophile financier Epstein, alleges the duke had sex with her on three separate occasions, including when she was 17, still a minor under US law.
Andrew has categorically denied he has had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Ms Giuffre.
Maxwell is awaiting trial in the US after being charged with procuring teenage girls for Epstein to abuse. She denies this.
Earlier this year Prince Andrew said he was ‘angry and bewildered’ as he denied reports he was contacted about the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
He said he would be ‘more than happy to talk’.
MailOnline has contacted Prince Andrew for comment.

Husband of Russian socialite, 48, ‘was secretly funded by Putin-linked oligarch’
The husband of a Russian socialite who is the Conservative Party’s biggest female donor was secretly funded by an oligarch with close ties to Vladimir Putin, leaked files allegedly reveal.
Now documents show her husband, Vladimir, was handed $8m (£6.1m), which initially came from a gold mining oligarch who is subject to American sanctions because of his close links to the Kremlin.
The findings were revealed in a BBC Panorama report based on a major leak of banks’ ‘suspicious activity reports’, called the FinCen Files. Mrs Chernukhin’s lawyers denied her donations were tainted with Kremlin interference.
Lubov Chernukhin has given £1.7m to the Tories and spent personal time with the last three Prime Ministers, including a dinner with Theresa May and tennis with Boris Johnson and David Cameron
Vladimir Chernukhin was sent the money in 2016 from a British Virgin Islands company linked to Suleyman Kerimov, a member of the upper chamber of the Russian parliament.
Kerimov was sanctioned by US officials in 2018 as part of a drive against those who ‘play a key role in advancing Russia’s malign activities’. He is also under investigation in France over claims of tax fraud.
Mr Chernukhin, 52, served as deputy minister of finance under Putin before he was sacked in 2004 and moved to London. He and his wife are now one of the most prominent Russian-born couples in the city and both have British citizenship.
Mrs Chernukhin began donating to the Conservative Party in 2012 with the majority – more than £1.5m – coming after the £6.1m payment linked to Mr Kerimov. However, it is not clear if any of this money went to the Tories.
The revelations come amid increasing scrutiny of large donations made to political parties from wealthy Britain-based Russians, with a parliamentary report recently claiming they could allow people to ‘assist Russian influence operations’.
The Russia specialist Ed Lucas, who spoke at the official inquiry into Russian influence, told Panorama: ‘The Chernukhins, pleasant people that they might be… are not fit and proper people to make donations to a British political party.’
Mrs Chernukhin contributed over £335,000 to the Conservative Party between January and July this year, according to Electoral Commission records.
The banker, 48, gave £200,000 to the Tory election campaign on November 6 last year, the same day the last parliament was dissolved for the general election.
Now documents show her husband, Vladimir, (left, when he served as deputy finance minister under Putin) was handed $8m (£6.1m), which initially came from a gold mining oligarch who is subject to American sanctions because of his close links to the Kremlin
Mr Chernukhin was sent the money in 2016 from a British Virgin Islands company linked to Suleyman Kerimov, (pictured) a member of the upper chamber of the Russian parliament
Records also show Mrs Chernukhin made two separate donations of £200,000 and £45,000 on March 16, alongside more than £59,000 on February 27.
The consultant has previously been named as the donor who shelled out for a place on the tennis court with Boris Johnson at a Tory fundraiser in February.
The election regulator said Mrs Chernukhin has given a total of £1,765,804 to the Party since she started donating in 2012, according to The Times.
She also enjoyed a night out with former PM May and six female Cabinet members at the exclusive Goring Hotel in London’s Belgravia in April last year after donating £135,000 at another fundraiser.
At the time, the Tory Party insisted she was not a ‘Putin crony’ after she donated more than £1million over seven years.
Mr Johnson was challenged about the Chernukhins’ £160,000 tennis match donation in 2018 when he was foreign secretary.
He told BBC One’s Andrew Marr Show: ‘If there is evidence of gross corruption in the way that gentleman… obtained his wealth… then it’s possible for our law enforcement agencies to deprive him of his wealth.’
But he added ‘all possible checks have been made and… will continue to be made’ on donations.
The FinCEN files have prompted a raft of startling allegations, including that some of the biggest banks let criminals and fraudsters move dirty money around the world.
HSBC is one of several international banks whose name appears most in the cache of thousands of secret US government documents.
They show that HSBC continued shuttling funds through to accounts in Hong Kong months after it was warned about a Ponzi scheme worth £62 million.
When HSBC, the UK’s largest bank, closed down the fraudsters’ accounts they had already been drained of the millions.
Thersa May pictured with ministers, fellow guests and Tory donor Mrs Chernukhin (fourth from right, next to the former PM) during a night out in April last year
HSBC said in a statement that ‘all of the information provided by the ICIJ is historical.’
The bank said as of 2012, ‘HSBC embarked on a multi-year journey to overhaul its ability to combat financial crime across more than 60 jurisdictions.’
Along with HSBC, the other international banks which appeared most often in the documents were JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered and Bank of New York Mellon, the ICIJ reported.
Among the types of transactions highlighted by the report: funds processed by JPMorgan for potentially corrupt individuals and companies in Venezuela, Ukraine and Malaysia; and money linked to a Ukrainian billionaire processed by Deutsche Bank.
One of Vladimir Putin’s closest friends, billionaire Arkady Rotenberg may have used Barclays Bank in London to launder cash and avoid sanctions, the documents suggest.
In March 2014, Russia was hit with sanctions after the annexation of Crimea.
Rotenberg, a childhood friend of Putin, and his brother Boris were designated ‘members of the Russian leadership’s inner circle,’ by the US Treasury Department.
It is alleged that an account called Advantage Alliance, set up with Barclays in 2008, was used by Rotenberg to transfer funds to buy millions of pounds worth of art in London.
Mrs Chernukhin, right, with singer Valeriya, centre, in London. Records show the banker made two separate donations of £200,000 and £45,000 on March 16
The leaked dossiers suggest that many of the transactions through the account came after the Rotenberg brothers had been sanctioned.
A spokesperson for Barclays said: ‘We believe that we have complied with all our legal and regulatory obligations including in relation to US sanctions.’
‘Given the filing of a SAR (suspicious activity report) is not itself evidence of any actual wrongdoing, we would only terminate a client relationship after careful and objective investigation and analysis of the evidence, balancing potential financial crime suspicions with the risk of ‘de-banking’ an innocent customer.’
The Rotenbergs have not commented.
The FinCEN documents are mostly files banks sent to the US authorities between 2000 and 2017, raising concerns about suspicious activity in their clients’ accounts, Panorama said.
The programme called the documents ‘some of the international banking system’s most closely guarded secrets’.
