angry mike tyson asks you consider me a b in x rated rant over fing joke roy jones jr promo video

MIKE TYSON blew his top at the “f***ing joke” promo video he was told to shoot for his upcoming fight against Roy Jones Jr.

The self-titled ‘Baddest Man On The Planet’ probably isn’t too happy that his sensational return to the boxing ring has been put back to November from September.

And he showed some of this anger in a promo video for social media giants Triller.

He described the questions he was told to put to Jones Jr as “bulls***” and a “f***ing joke”.

His first question was to ask his opponent to “name a song or a movie that gets you pumped up”.

But the 54-year-old was less-than impressed with this, and decided to change the tone of the promo entirely.

He continued: “I don’t wanna do this. It’s really not me. I wouldn’t be saying this bull****.

“I’m not going to ask him to be playing no song or movie or what he likes.

“Yeah, you know you wanna sell the fight. We’re not going to sell it talking fing nursery rhymes. F***ing novel stuff. A f***ing joke.”

Then referring to California State Athletic Commission chief Andy Foster saying that it wouldn’t be “a real fight” Tyson added: “And these guys are not trying to kill each other.

“Hey, what song or movie gets you pumped up, baby? C’mon man, that’s me? That’s what you consider me? You consider me a b***h?

“This is in the name of fighting. We wanna kill each other, man.

“The people are coming to see us fight because we wanna kill each other.

“They’re fing savages, they wanna kill each other. They want blood!”

I’m an annihilator… Man for man I don’t think nobody can match me

The former world champions were due to face-off in an eight-round exhibition fight on September 12 at the Dignity Health Sports Park in California.

But Ring Magazine claims Tyson vs Jones Jr has been shifted back until later in the year.

It’s understood the showdown will still be in the same venue, although it looks likely no fans will be able to attend.

Concerns have been raised regarding the 54-year-old stepping back between the ropes to battle fellow veteran Jones, aged 51.

But Tyson says: “My mentality is just what it’s always been.

“How do I say this? I’m an annihilator… Man for man I don’t think nobody can match me.

“I’m the greatest fighter since the conception of God, how could I not take this opportunity up?”

conor mcgregor invests significant amount into childhood football club as ufc helps build new training facilities scaled

CONOR MCGREGOR has reportedly made a “significant investment” into the football team he played for as a kid.

The UFC superstar, who has an estimated worth of £38million according to Forbes in April, pulled on his boots as a youngster for Lourdes Celtic.

Now he has “taken steps to secure the club for years to come” after agreeing to a large sponsorship deal under his company McGregor Sports and Entertainment.

His investment has led to a brand new, indoor and outdoor state-of-the-art training facilities for the side.

And kids who represent Lourdes Celtic will also receive “two brand new professional-style Umbro jerseys for years to come”, according to themaclife.com.

The team’s manager Alan Byrne said: “We’d like to say he got his footwork here.

“The boxing he can take credit for, but we’ll take credit for the footwork.

“Conor is an ordinary, decent lad that’s come back to his home club.”

Byrne added: “He’s remembered where he’s come from, and he’s willing to come in and put in a bit of time.

“It’s not just a case of investment; he’s investing his own time and effort and his own feelings and emotions into the place, which is fantastic.

“You’ll see the effect of it. You won’t hear it, you’ll see it for years to come and that will be kids growing up in a club with top class facilities, top class coaches and with a club that will look forward instead of constantly looking behind.”

The McGregor brand stretches far outside of the Octagon, where he made his name as a fearless two-weight champion.

Since making his UFC debut in 2013, the charismatic fighter from Crumlin has brought the sport into the mainstream through a combination of his talent and personality.

His fortune has been amassed by headlining pay-per-view events, with McGregor topping the UFC bill on five separate occasions.

All of that has resulted in him becoming the highest paid fighter in the sport.

In October 2019, SunSport revealed how McGregor has raked in £7.35m just from bouts alone – that’s excluding sponsorship and bonuses.

That’s miles ahead of Michael Bisping (£5.48m) and Georges St Pierre (£5.4m) in second and third respectively.

Outside of the UFC arena, McGregor’s biggest payday came when he faced Floyd Mayweather Jr in a boxing bout in 2017.

The big money event earned Notorious a mind-blowing £100million for just one night’s work – and he barely even laid a glove on the unbeaten boxing superstar.

McGregor – who was beaten in 10 rounds by the ring legend – claims he made £100m for the super-fight thanks to 4.4m PPV’s and £42m made in ticket sales.

And in January, The Notorious estimated that he would earn around £63m from his first round win over Donald Cerrone, although Forbes claim the real figure was a still-substantial £24m.

His boxing cameo, sponsorships, UFC purses and new Proper 12 whiskey top up the rest of McGregor’s bank balance.

Notorious still maintains that he has retired from the Octagon.

But he continues to be linked with a comeback and continues to try and get a rematch against Khabib.

watch tyson fury show off brutal power in training as dad john warns anthony joshua his superman son doesnt tire

JOHN FURY has taken to his new Instagram account to fire a warning at four-belt heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

The 56-year-old was filming one of son Tyson’s intense sparring sessions – marvelling at the Gypsy King’s unfaltering engine.

He said, as Tyson continued his workout: “AJ my friend, the world wants to see this fight.

“The world wants to see it, and the world is gonna get it!

“There gonna get the biggest fight in history. This man [Tyson] is a fighting machine.

“AJ, you’re good. You’re very good.

“This man [Tyson] is brilliant! This guy is a super-great in the making – he just don’t get tired!

“He don’t get tired! This man could fight all day. At a fast pace, and a powerful pace.

This man is a superman!

John Fury

“I don’t know… I’ve never seen anything like it.”

As the session continued, John went on: “Look here! Look here! This after an hour’s training.

“This man is a superman! Go on son!”

Tyson Fury is set to fight Joshua next year, after the pair agreed a two-fight contract earlier this summer.

But there are still obstacles in the way for both.

Joshua must first get past IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev, with the pair set to fight in December – potentially behind closed doors at the O2 Arena.

Fury, meanwhile, has a pair of challenges to overcome.

Still in the way is Deontay Wilder, who is due to a third fight after triggering a clause in the contract of their second bout.

The pair could do battle in December as well, although Bob Arum has spoken of delaying this further to February if they cannot get a crowd into the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This puts them on a collision course, however, with the WBC having ordered Fury to face mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte by the end of February next year.

These factors would suggest that, should they both overcome all hurdles, Joshua and Fury won’t be able to meet until the summer of 2021.
