A heartthrob from the Netflix hit Outer Banks went shirtless in a steamy new music video by the buzzy girl group HAIM.

The rock band, comprised of sisters Alana, 33, Danielle, 36, and Este Haim, 38, dropped a new single called Relationships this week.

Their song arrived alongside its sizzling music video, in which Danielle – who along with her sisters is friends with Taylor Swift – looking back over a past relationship.

Her dashing ex is played by one of the stars of Outer Banks, which made sex symbols out of many of its bronzed, beautiful cast members.

At one point in the video, Danielle lets herself fall back into her lover’s chest as he lays shirtless on a tile floor gazing up at the ceiling.

Although she herself shows off her lithe physique in two-piece, her male companion ends up stealing the moment with his showbiz magnetism.

The star in question is Drew Starkey, who features on Outer Banks as the ‘bad boy’ villain Rafe Cameron who ultimately begins a redemption arc.

In the chorus of Relationships, the band are heard agonizing over an ‘innocent mistake’ that ends up stretching across ’17 days.’

‘F***in’ relationships, don’t they end up all the same when there’s no one left to blame? I think I’m in love, but I can’t stand f***in’ relationships,’ they sing.

In the bridge, they wonder: ‘Relationships – how did we get ourselves into this? Relationships – oh, this can’t just be the way it is.’

They then ask whether their own romantic troubles are rooted in ‘the s*** our parents did and had to live with it in their relationship?’

Alana achieved a new level of stardom as the leading lady of Paul Thomas Anderson’s 2021 feature Licorice Pizza, in an acclaimed performance.

She will next be seen in the same director’s movie One Battle After Another, amid a cast including Leonardo DiCaprio and Sean Penn.

Meanwhile Drew’s recent work includes the gay drama Queer, starring Daniel Craig and adapted from a novella by William S. Burroughs.
