Rosie’s showstopping display comes as she recently revealed which famous figure she would like to swap roles with for an evening.

‘I would have to say Rihanna on stage performing for sure,’ said Rosie in a line quoted by Just Jared.

She continued: ‘I think that’s got to be the ultimate experience and I love her, love her music and love everything she stands for and I just think it’s unlike any feeling I think you could compare it to.

‘Singing to an audience and the crowd looking back at you with adoration. I would love to experience that.’

Vicky Pattison jokes she’s lost a stone in a day in before and after snaps

Published

She’s no stranger to striking a flattering pose on Instagram and on Saturday, Vicky Pattison decided to show the reality behind the perfect celeb snap.
After completing a week-long body bootcamp abroad, the reality star, 32, showed off the results of the workouts on Instagram before flying home.
The TV personality shared two pictures taken just hours apart- one in a crop top of her svelte figure from the front, along with a more relaxed shot of her letting it ‘hang out’ from the side.

Strike a pose! Vicky Pattison, 32, did an Instagram versus reality post on Saturday as she shared two snaps of her figure before and after a bootcamp workout

Vicky poked fun of Instagram celebs who use angles, filters and lighting to portray an image which is far from reality in order to ‘feed their egos’, joking: ‘I’ve lost a stone in a day and now I’m a new woman.’

Instead, she gave an honest account of how the week at the luxury health retreat Prestige Boot Camp had left her feeling.

Vicky captioned the image: ‘So I could have easily just posted this first picture and let the “oh you’re making so much progress, looking good Vic” comments just roll in and sit back and love myself off.

Tell it like it is: The TV personality shared two pictures taken just hours apart- one in a crop top of her svelte figure, along with a more relaxed shot of her letting it 'hang out' (pictured)

‘Feeding my own ego and generally being a bit of a douche. But I wanted this post to be more than that. So this isn’t a “THANKYOU so much, I’ve lost a stone in a day and now I’m a new woman”, post, this is not a transformation pic, there’s no before or after picture here. This is me, as I am right now, in both pictures.’

She continued: ‘These pictures were taken on the same day, maybe hours apart- they show the same person.

‘Only difference is in the first one I’ve picked a great pose (bit wanky but shows the bod well), my leggings are pulled up, the lighting was nice and I filtered it.

‘Now in the second one I’m just kinda letting it all hang out- no filter and no f**ks given. (Oh and my ass looks like a pancake but I’m working on ittttt b****es!!!)

‘What I’m trying to say is DON’T get bogged down in all these unrealistically perfect and gorgeous pictures on Instagram- because for every pretty and posey picture posted like my first one there’s a thousand like the second picture that didn’t make the cut or that they didn’t want to share!

‘Just be smart enough to know this and strong enough to not be fooled into feeling bad about yourself- none of us are perfect, no matter what Instagram appears to tell you.

‘But quite frankly we’re all perfectly imperfect and have so much more to offer than a contrived aesthetic anyway!!!’

‘I’m working hard this year to be fit, strong and healthy. To be the best version of myself and achieve more than I ever have but if I’m not doing this in an authentic and honest way- I really don’t see the point. Which is what really motivated me to show my truth here.

‘So here I am, honest, open and full of flaws but really having never gave less of a f**k.’

It comes after the reality star signed up as an ambassador for WW, formerly Weight Watchers.

Vicky said her new role is ‘starting at the perfect time’ after a particularly difficult period in her life and because of her past unhealthy relationship with food.

The TV star has also cut down on alcohol after being told her previous partying lifestyle could have a long-lasting impact on her fertility.

She joins fellow celebrity ambassadors Robbie Williams, Curtis Pritchard and Alison Hammond.

She finished the post: ‘Side note: THANKYOU to Prestige Boot Camp for another lovely week. I trained hard, ate right and allowed myself a lot of time for rest and reflection.

‘I’m heading back to London with a renewed sense of purpose and a lot less false nails I love the entire team and can never THANKYOU enough for having me!!!’

Her onstage persona has her face concealed beneath a black-and-white wig.

But in her everyday life, Sia prefers to leave that for her shows, in favor of her natural self.

And over the weekend, the 44-year-old looked cozy in a casual ensemble as she left  an eyelash extension boutique in Los Angeles.

Sia’s outing comes days after it revealed she adopted a son.

In an interview with GQ, the Australian-born songstress spilled her happy news, in-between a comment about her sexual proposition to Diplo.

‘This year I wrote him a text, and I said, “Hey, listen, you’re like one of five people that I’m sexually attracted to, and now that I’ve decided to be single for the rest of my life and I just adopted a son, I don’t have time for a relationship.… If you’re interested in some no-strings sex, then hit me up.”‘

Taking to Instagram, the former Spice Girl, shared a snap of the healthy breakfast staple made with bible inspired wholegrain Ezekiel 4:9 bread – and admitted her children love it.

However fans hoping to replicate the simple dish will have to spend a little more on their humble loaf, which retails at a rather costly £5.95.

The loaf, made from sprouted grains, is only available from Amazon’s grocery store in the United Kingdom and takes its name from the Hebrew prophet, a central protagonist in the Book of Ezekiel.

Created by health food company Food For Life, Ezekiel products are also developed in accordance with Holy Scripture verse Ezekiel 4:9

The passage reads: ‘Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils and millet, and spelt and put them in one vessel.

With the bread only available online in the United Kingdom, anyone looking to splash out will also have to spend an unholy £2.99 in delivery charges.

The extortionate price is understood to be based on its inflated labour costs, caused by its use of sprouted grains and pulses.

It is also is developed without the use of flour, genetically modified organisms and refined sugars

While it retails at a significantly higher price than the standard loaf, Ezekiel has a series of nutritional benefits, including an increase in vitamins B1, B2, and vitamin E.
