Kai Trump has revealed that she was moved to ‘tears’ over her ‘hard-working’ grandfather Donald Trump‘s win – as she shared a behind-the-scenes look at their Mar-a-Lago election party.
Kai – the 17-year-old daughter of Don Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa – shared an inside glimpse into her family’s election night festivities in a new video uploaded to her YouTube channel on Monday.
The teenager documented the moments leading up to Donald’s victory against Kamala Harris, and reflected on the emotional moment that they found out her grandfather would officially become the next US President.
The vlog started with Kai getting ready for the big night, which involved her getting her hair and makeup professionally done before she switched into her shimmering, black, strapless mini dress and a pair of gold heels.
After that, Kai jumped into her car and headed over to Mar-a-Lago to join the rest of Donald’s immediately family and close friends.

‘I haven’t seen my grandpa in a while because he’s been campaigning,’ she told the camera as she drove to his massive Florida estate.
‘Obviously with the last few days it’s been really hard to see him because he’s been traveling.
‘I’m super excited to see him again. He’s been calling me almost every other day. I’m ready to party it up tonight and hopefully we [win], fingers crossed.’
Kai confessed that she was ‘very nervous’ but added that she felt hopeful her grandfather would ‘bring it home.’
‘I think he’s going to do amazing for this country. He works so hard and I don’t know anyone who is more hardworking and driven than him,’ she gushed.
The video then cut to a clip that was taken inside the Trump family’s intimate watch party; a slew of couches were lined up in front of three massive flat screen TVs that had various news outlets reporting on the results.
Donald was seen watching alongside his family members like sons Don Jr., Eric Trump, and Barron Trump and daughters Tiffany Trump and Ivanka Trump, as well as Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner, and billionaire Tesla founder Elon Musk, amongst others.
Unfortunately, the teenager explained that she ‘didn’t get to film’ the end of the night because she was busy ‘celebrating,’ but spoke out about what went down.

‘He really has worked his butt off every single day for the past eight years for this country.’
Kai admitted that she broke down in ‘tears’ after she found out he had won Pennsylvania – a big swing state that ultimately helped him get enough electoral votes.

‘The election night was really special for our whole family because we fought to the very end,’ she added. ‘He really deserves it after what everyone has put him through.
‘After he started winning Pennsylvania I just started tearing up knowing he made it and he finally fought back and won.’
Kai called her grandfather ‘such an incredible and unique person’ who ‘fights every single day for America.’
‘He really just doesn’t take any breaks, doesn’t do anything besides work,’ she concluded.
‘It’s truly motivating to see that every single day and have that as a role model. When I grew up I want to just be like him and fight like him.
‘I’m really excited to see what he’s going to do for the next few years I think he’s going to kill it because every single thing he does he puts 100 percent of his effort into it.
‘I think he’s going to do an amazing job. He deserves this more than anyone in the whole world and he’s going to kill it and make America great again.’
