A Gold Coast couple has left Karl Stefanovic in hysterics showing off their dream home which has recently been put up for sale.

Dennis and Sharon Clark have lived in their Queensland home for 10 years – which features 14 holes of golf, a swim up bar and five-space underground garage filled with luxury cars.

The peroxide blonde pair gave Today a tour of their stunning house on Thursday morning, with one response leaving Karl in a laughing fit.

‘What’s the thing you’ll miss most?’ co-host Leila McKinnon asked.

‘Probably the bed room I’d imagine, that’s my favourite place. I don’t know if Sharon would agree with that,’ Dennis replied as Karl burst into laughter.

‘The Goldy. This is great Gold Coast stuff,’ he said.

'It's not a 50 Shades room is it?' Karl asked, referring to the erotic film 50 Shades of Grey. 'It can be whatever you want it to be Karl,' Dennis replied as Karl burst out laughing again

The home in Helensvale just off the Gold Coast canals has been listed for just $3.3million, despite Dennis saying he’d prefer ‘$50million’.

The open-plan design features chandeliers hanging in virtually every room – including the bath, as well as several Bali huts, billiards room, sunroom and a self-contained guest wing.

Karl seemed to be more interested in the couple’s apperance, with both featuring striking blonde hairdos and adorning golden jewellery.

‘Do you get tips done at the same place or is their a salon in the house because it’s very gold coast the look you’ve got,’ he asked.

‘I used to be a hairdresser and I do have a salon here at home. He likes the big hair,’ Sharon replied.

‘Or I think they call it a nightclub today,’ Dennis said as Karl chuckled.

The home features four bars, the best of which lies in a hidden room behind a mirror.

The two secret wine cellar features hundreds of bottles of expensive wine, as the two tucked in to two very large glasses.

‘It’s never too early, not on the Goldy,’ Karl said.
