But with the pandemic transforming awards season, the annual Vanity Fair Oscar Party is going virtual and is now a multi-day event open to everyone, with tickets ranging from $20 for one day to $50 for all three days.

Vanity Fair Cocktail Hour Live! is a three-day extravaganza starting Tuesday, April 13 to Thursday April 15 and will feature a host of stars taking part in tours, interviews, quizzes and even drinking games.

Tickets can be purchased on the cocktail hour website, with more events to be announced. Each day’s events will go live from 7-10 pm ET and will be available for on-demand replay until April 22 at 12am ET.

VF editor-in-chief, Radhika Jones, decided to take the event virtual amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

She told The Hollywood Reporter: ‘We wanted to focus on the industry, and in particular, on the factions of the industry that might not necessarily have been able to work steadily over the past year.

‘That has been heavily on my mind, especially at this time last year when everything shut down.’

Next year, Jones promised, ‘We will be back with bells on. We cannot wait to celebrate in person,’
