Love Island FIRST LOOK: Leanne and Shaughna hatch scantily-clad plot to get Mike and Callum back

Published

Their places in the Love Island villa were put at risk on Monday night.

Yet it seems Leanne Amaning, 22, and Shaughna Phillips, 25, are not going down without a fight after their partners – Mike Boateng, 24, and Callum Jones, 23 – were crudely stolen away by twins Jess and Eve Gale, 20.

In scenes set to air on Tuesday night’s episode, the girls were seen hatching a plan to get their boys back after they were sent on a double date with the twins, as they planned to wear hardly any clothes and lashings of make-up.

Drama kicked off on Monday night’s show when the bombshell twins were forced to couple up meaning two ladies would be left vulnerable.

Jess chose to steal Mike from Leanne while Eve chose to steal Callum from Shaughna, leading to the girls’ plot to win them back.

Straight after the foursome are sent on their date, Siannise asks Shaughna: ‘How do you feel, do you feel p**sed off?’, to which she responded: ‘No I’m not p**sed off’.

Despite her protestations, once she sat with Leanne they threw themselves into planning what to do the next day to win the boys’ hearts.

Leanne was riling both herself and Shaughna as she said: ‘They’re on a date now laughing, playing with their hair. It’s not that funny’.

They then decided what they would do in the morning to get their boys back – as they said they would wear make-up and wear next to nothing.

In the recoupling, before announcing her decision, Jess said: ‘It’s not a nice position to be in. You guys are all coupled up. But we’re in here for ourselves, and you’ve kind of got to be selfish in this situation and go with who you want to go with.

‘Since I came here, this guy did show some interest and paid me compliments, which I like, and I would be interested to see where it could go. ‘So the boy I’d like to couple up with, is Mike.’

Eve, who picked Callum, added: ‘The boy I’ve chosen I’m excited to get to know a little bit more. I really like his vibe, I like the conversations that I’ve had with him. So the boy I’d like to couple up with, is Callum.’

Moments after the switch, Shaughna joked: ‘Got a text, not a man,’ as she received a text explaining that after a recoupling later in the week, the singletons will be dumped from the island.

New role: Betty Gilpin, left, famous for her role on Netflix’s GLOW, has been cast to play conservative pundit Ann Coulter, right, in the FX series American Crime Story: Impeachment

Coulter, a controversial figure for her outspoken right-wing views, made her name thanks to the Republican-led impeachment trial of President Clinton in 1998.

She wrote a book outlining the case to impeach Clinton based on legal briefs she had worked on for the attorneys of Paula Jones, an Arkansas state employee who sued Clinton for sexual harassment during his time as the state’s governor.

Coulter continues to work as an author, syndicated columnist and public speaker, mostly opposing so-called ‘modern American liberalism’ that includes gay rights, abortion and immigration amnesty.

Also announced Thursday was the news that comedian and actor Billy Eichner, 41, will play Matt Drudge, whose infamous website The Drudge Report was the first to break the story of Clinton’s affair with Lewinsky.

The then unknown Drudge published the story on January 17, 1998, after executives at Newsweek ‘killed’ an article by investigative reporter Michael Isikoff hours before it was due to be published.

ACS: Impeachment is based on Jeffrey Toobin’s book A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President and provides rich fodder in both characters and plot.

British actor Clive Owen, 55, will star as Bill Clinton while Beanie Feldstein, 26, sister of actor Jonah Hill, will play Monica Lewinsky.

Ryan Murphy muse Sarah Paulson has been cast as Linda Tripp, who surreptitiously recorded phone conversations she had with Lewinsky about her affair with Clinton.

The two had come to know each other while working together in the Pentagon’s public affairs office and the intern confided in Tripp about her personal life.

Tripp was encouraged to record the phone calls by literary agent Lucianne Goldberg, who will be played on the show by Margo Martindale.

Tripp turned the tapes over to Independent Counsel Ken Starr who led the impeachment investigation; she was also the one who told of the existence of a blue dress Lewinsky had kept that had traces of Clinton’s semen on it.

Annaleigh Ashford, best known for her work on Broadway, is set to play Paula Jones, whose allegations of sexual misconduct dogged Clinton from the Arkansas state house to the White House.

Originally penciled in to premiere in September, ACS: Impeachment is not now likely to air until after the November 2020 election.

Lewinsky is serving as one of the show’s executive producers.

The previous seasons of FX’s American Crime Story explored the O.J. Simpson double murder trial and the assassination of designer Gianni Versace.

Fabolous reveals that Beyoncé checked him over 2010 lyric comparing her to younger sister Solange

Beyoncé criticized rapper Fabolous for a 2010 lyric comparing her to younger sister Solange Knowles.

The 42-year-old rapper during an appearance Thursday on The Breakfast Club on 105.1 FM in New York City revealed that Beyoncé, 38, didn’t appreciate the line in For The Money that goes, ‘If you could have Beyoncé, would you take Solange?’.

Fabolous, real name John David Jackson, said as a punchline rapper at the time he didn’t know the ‘seriousness’ that his lines carried.

‘The first person I saw was Bey, and Beyoncé was like, ”Yo, let me holler at you”,’ Fabolous told hosts Charlamagne tha God, 41, Angela Yee, 44, and DJ Envy, 42.

‘She was just telling me that they rock with me. And I really didn’t even think when I was saying it,’ Fabolous said.

‘I just didn’t really connect to it like that. Punch line-y style is just to say something to be catchy and metaphoric, but I didn’t see the deeper side of it. And Beyoncé, I ain’t gonna share the exact conversation, but she told me this is people. Saying something like that can personally hurt her. And I said, ”You know what? I get it.” I said, ”Yo, when I see Solange, I’ll apologize to her”,’ he added.

Fabolous said he eventually saw Solange, 33, who gave him a frosty welcome.

‘I ended up seeing her at Soho House one day. It was years ago. Even the song was years ago, but I’m saying this is how I realized that,’ Fabolous said.

‘I seen her, so I was like, all right, let me beeline to Solange and apologize. And Solange, she was stiff. I’m like, ”Hey! What’s up?”,’ he continued.

‘She was like, ”What up?”,’ Fabolous said with a serious tone.

‘And I was like, ”Yo, I just want you to know I didn’t mean it in any malice, but I do take responsibility for saying that and I apologize”,’ he relayed.

Fabolous stressed that Beyoncé was ‘graceful’ when she checked him and he learned the sisters heard the song in a club ‘bopping to the music’ when the line came across.

Charlamagne tha God, real name Lenard Larry McKelvey, joked that Fabolous got off lucky considering the infamous 2014 security video showing Solange punching and kicking at Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z, 50, in an elevator.

‘She blessed you. She let you live,’ Charlamagne quipped.

She’s on the hunt to find love once again, after signing up to appear on Married At First Sight for a second time this season.

But Elizabeth Sobinoff had fans talking for a different reason on Thursday, as she shared a picture of herself pouting to the camera on Instagram.

While the 28-year-old looked undoubtedly beautiful in the sultry image, some fans commented that they were ‘worried’ about her gaunt physique following her dramatic weight loss over the past year.

‘Beautiful woman you are Lizzie, but you look a bit pale in this pic. Are you OK?’ one concerned fan asked.

‘You look too skinny – not trying to be mean, just worried.’ another fan added, while a third wrote: ‘This may come as a hate post, but I honestly don’t mean it this way. You’re a beautiful person and I absolutely love you. However, you look sick…’

But while some worried for the starlet, others took the opposite approach.

On fan wrote: ‘I was a big girl at high school. After that I dropped so much weight, people thought I look sick. I don’t care – I love food & being lazy too. Now exercising regularly is good enough. Stay happy, stay true, & beautiful.’

Elizabeth took to the comments section to reply, saying: ‘I’m sick of this big girl nonsense! I like to eat healthy, I like to go on hikes I also like to pig out and stare at a wall.’

Another supportive fan wrote: ‘As long as her body is getting the right food and vitamins, she’s OK. I understand you’re worried, but look at her natural photos and videos and she is glowing.’

Viewers had shared their support for the brunette beauty last year, when she was cruelly fat-shamed by her MAFS husband Sam Ball – who said she was ‘bigger’ than other girls he dated.

After filming in July, she told NW magazine she had lost 10 KG since filming finished.

However, she stated that her weight loss had nothing to do with her former partner’s rude jab, but was in fact due to health reasons.

Lizzie had been diagnosed with porphyria and autoimmune disease (a mild form of Lupus) – with symptoms including photo sensitivity, speech problems and hair loss, which prompted her to wear hair extensions.

To help, she revealed she often changes her diet.

‘I think I always look fabulous,’ she continued to the publication. ‘I’ve thought that when I weighed 49kg and when I’ve weighed 90kg … I’m actually dealing with some health conditions that cause my weight to fluctuate.

‘I may gain weight again and that’s OK. The most important thing is that I’ve always been mentally strong.’

Elizabeth is one half of an ‘intruder’ couple that will join MAFS later in the season.

She has been paired with retired footy player Seb Guilhaus, and it’s believed they’re still together post-filming.
