Kate Hudson displays her athletic figure in black sports gear as she shows off her flexibility and perfects hip rotations during workout
She launched her active wear brand Fabletics in 2013 and has a strict exercise regime.
And on Wednesday, Kate Hudson showed off her impressive flexibility and athletic figure during yet another workout session.
The actress, 42, was perfecting her hip rotations as she balanced a weight on her foot while twisting through the stretch.
Kate was in the zone concentrating on the tricky move and looked delighted when she completed the rotation without dropping the weight.
The blonde beauty had on a pair of tight black shorts and backless vest for the session and wore her tresses up in a practical bun.
She penned in the caption: ‘Hip rotations have always been crazy tight for me! I’ve been doing this move and it’s starting to give me more movement!
‘Feels sooooooo good to be able to do this better. Still a way to go. This is a fun move to try at home. You can put a shoe on your foot too.
‘A little bit harder when it’s a light shoe! Try it. Let me know if you could figure it out! Don’t hurt yourself. Be kind to you body!!!’
The star also penned a lengthy tribute to her son in the post’s comments section as she spoke about some of her child’s most admirable qualities and wished him the best in the future.

The Fool’s Gold actress shares her second son with her former partner and ex-fiance, Matt Bellamy, with whom she remains on friendly terms.
Hudson began her message by noting that her son has been in her life for a while and expressed incredulity at how fast time has gone by.
She wrote: ‘Enter double digits. 10 years gone, and here we are entering the first day of his 11th! Can you believe it’s been a full decade because I can’t!!!’
The Almost Famous actress went on to list a few of her middle child’s personality traits and praised him for continuing to grow as a person.
‘Bing is growing into a truly incredible young man. Last year I wrote a lot about his character all of which still holds true as he matures. He’s warm, loving, sensitive, dedicated, curious. The list goes on,’ she noted.
The Academy Award-nominated actress also pointed out that her second son has developed an interest in investment, which she strongly encouraged.
Hudson wrote: ‘Since his last birthday he’s taken a strong liking to playing the stock market…yes, you heard me correct. He saves any money he receives, buys stocks and checks his stocks daily and has asked for stocks for his birthday.’
She added, ‘Of all the things I dreamed of for my children, playing the stock market at 10 was not one I thought of but I’m into it. At this point he’ll be handling my portfolio by 12!’
The performer also lauded Bingham Hawn’s ability to navigate difficult periods and to manage himself in the face of hardship.
She remarked that her son ‘takes on life and experiences like a champ. Pushes through his fears so he can get the most out of everything.’
Hudson concluded her message by writing: ‘My middle boy I love him so. I hope you join me in sending big birthday love to Bingo!!! Happy Birthday Bing!!!’
The actress welcomed her second son during her relationship with Bellamy, which initially began in 2010.
Before she became involved with the frontman of Muse, she was married to The Black Crowes’ singer Chris Robinson from 2000 until 2007, and the two share a son named Ryder Russell, aged 15.
After dating the now-43-year-old musician for just over a year, the two became engaged in April of 2011 and welcomed Bingham Hawn into their lives that July.
However, the pair unexpectedly split up in December of 2014 when they announced that they had mutually decided to end their relationship.
Hudson and Bellamy remained on friendly terms following their separation, and they are both actively involved in their son’s life.
The actress is currently involved with her current partner, Danny Fujikawa, with whom she shares a two-year-old daughter named Rani Rose.
The musician also moved on with model Elle Evans, whom he married in 2019, and they welcomed a daughter named Lovella Dawn in 2020.
