Tyson Fury will fly to Las Vegas to help train his brother Tommy ahead of his clash with Jake Paul and will be in his corner for the grudge fight.

The Love Island star finally agreed to meet the YouTube novice on December 18 in Tampa, Florida

Fury, the younger brother ofTyson, is looking to carve his own journey to a world title and will have the backing of the heavyweight champion.

The 22-year-old has fought just seven times professionally and fought on the undercard of Paul’s fight with Tyron Woodley in August.

Fury has rubbished Paul’s credentials and has long insisted the YouTube novice will pose no threat in the ring, but this is by far the biggest stage he has performed on in his young career.

But the Brit will have his champion older brother in his corner come fight night and after arriving in Sin City last week, Fury is set to be joined by Tyson to help him prepare for the fight.

‘Tyson’s going to be in his corner that night. I think Tyson’s flying out there in a few weeks to help him out,’ their father John told BT Sport Boxing.

‘Whatever desire he’s missing, Tyson will put there, I’m sure of that.

‘Tyson will sort his head out so I’m looking for a Tommy win in explosive fashion – the end of Jake Paul.’

His father expects an easy night’s work and along with brother Tyson has said that Tommy will no longer be a Fury if he loses to the American.

He admitted that Tommy must win the bout or face retiring from boxing at the mere age of 22.

‘Tommy knows he’s up against a stacked deck, but he should still beat Jake Paul at a canter,’ he added. ‘And if he can’t, there’s no way in the boxing world for him.

The boxing novices will finally settle their rivalry in an eight-round contest in December

‘It’s make or break, for both men, but it’ll hit Tommy harder because Tommy’s supposed to be a professional boxer.

‘Tommy will work hard, he’ll do what he’s got to do. Has Tommy got the skill to beat him? Yes. Has he got the power to knock him out? Yes.

‘All it is with Tommy – he’s young, can he handle the big occasion on the night? ‘But I’m sure he’s thought about it many times before and he’s got the king of the ring in his corner.

‘Am I confident he can beat Jake Paul? Course I am. The only thing that can beat Tommy on that night is Tommy – his mindset. I know Jake Paul can’t beat Tommy, no matter what he does.’

Fury issued a strong warning to his American rival as the two stars gear up for their huge showdown before the end of the year.

‘Jake Paul is about to learn a serious life lesson,’ he said. ‘This is my world and he doesn’t belong here. I’m not one of these MMA men or basketball players.

‘I have been boxing my whole life. I will show the world the difference between a YouTuber and a real fighting man.’

Meanwhile, Paul taunted his rival after revealing he has been training for ‘seven weeks’ already as Fury begins camp for the fight.

Paul also upped the stakes with his British rival pledging to pay him a further $500,000 (£365,363) on his reported $1million (£730,727) payday if he wins, but if he loses he must change his name to Timmy Fumbles.

Taking to Instagram, Paul wrote: ‘It’s finally official. Timothy had no choice but to sign the contract so he could finally pay his bar tabs, afford a shirt for the club, and stop living off Molly!

‘December 18th in Tampa Bay Im changing this w***ers name to Timmy Fumbles and celebrating with Tom Brady. Pucker up Timmy… it’s time to kiss your last name and your family’s boxing legacy goodbye’.
