She’s no stranger to turning heads both on-camera and at high-profile industry events.

And Maya Jama commanded attention once again as she won the UK and Ireland’s Best Dressed Star at the 2019 E! People’s Choice Awards, held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday evening.

Ensuring all eyes were on her, the British presenter, 25, stood out from the crowd in a light green shirt dress, embellished with ruched detailing throughout.

The BBC Radio 1 host flashed her bronzed legs in the thigh-skimming number, which featured a plunging neckline to showcase her cleavage.

Brunette bombshell Maya treated fans to a glimpse at her fresh white pedicure in nude barely-there wrap sandals, and accessorised her style savvy appearance with a selection of gold jewellery.

The Don’t Hate The Playaz presenter took inspiration from the 70s with a Diana Ross-inspired ponytail, and complemented her out-of-this-world beauty with a dewy-make-up look.

The Bristol native appeared in great spirits as she was awarded the prestigious prize, with E Online UK! sharing a clip of Maya posing up a storm on the red carpet.

Caitlyn Jenner is taking part in I’m A Celeb to look good at the Kardashian Christmas party

Published

Caitlyn Jenner has playfully revealed her ulterior motives for taking part in this year’s I’m A Celebrity

In a new video filmed ahead of the show, the 70-year-old said: ‘The only reason I’m doing it is to lose a few pounds. I gotta fit into that outfit when I come back.’

Playfully lamenting the fact that there will be no hair and make-up in the jungle, she continued: ‘I have the family Christmas party to go to. I wanna look good.’

Caitlyn said she aims to be a good ‘parent’ figure to the rest of the campmates, saying she hopes to be crowned Queen Of The Jungle.

But she also said she fears people more than any insects, saying: ‘there are nine other celebrities. People can be tougher, than any spiders or snakes.’

Meanwhile, another campmate who is feeling pretty scared is former Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle, 34.

She said: ‘The worst thing that can happen in the jungle is death… or as far as I know. What if I don’t even make it across the rope bridge at the beginning?’

Ian Wright, 56, is simply scared of penises. He said: ‘Is there penises involved? I’m going then, I’m off,’ before getting out of his seat and laughing his head off.

Jacqueline Jossa, 27, agreed that like Nadine she is pretty much frightened of everything.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield horrified as they try deep fried CHOCOLATES

Published

They’ve been known to try all manner of unsual dishes.

But Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were particularly unimpressed by one festive-themed dish during Tuesday’s This Morning, as they tucked into a plate of deep-fried Quality Street.

The presenting duo compared the ordeal to ‘a Bushtucker Trial’ as they tucked into the dish, which was being offered by a fish and chip shop in London.

Gross! Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were unimpressed by one festive-themed dish during Tuesday’s This Morning, as they tucked into a plate of deep-fried Quality Street.

At the start of the show, Holly and Phil told viewers that they were going to try the deep-fried dish, which was being offered throughout the month of December by the fish shop in Soho.

The pair were offered the batter-coated version of the top three Quality Street, which was topped by the iconic Toffee Finger.

They were also offered fried versions of their favourite chocolates along with the Scottish classic: the deep-fried Mars Bar.

Despite their best efforts, Holly and Phil couldn’t hide their disgust for the dish, with Holly saying: ‘It’s like a Bushtucker Trial.’

Once again Holly and Phil were back on presenting duties as they fronted This Morning on Tuesday, which also saw them announce that the show will be extended by half an hour in 2020.

Holly couldn’t contain her excitement at the news, gushing that she could ‘sing and dance’ to her heart’s content.

In a huge shake-up to the ITV schedule, starting on Monday 6th January, This Morning will air from 10am to 12:30pm.

Ahead of that Lorraine will now air from 9am to 10am, with Good Morning Britain also extending to three hours from 6am to 9am.

The schedule change comes after The Jeremy Kyle Show was axed earlier this year, and had temporarily been replaced by Judge Rinder.

This Morning will continued to air weekdays from 10:30am until the end of 2019.

Nigel Havers has joked he wanted ‘to kill’ Lembit Opik when the pair took part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The actor, 68, and the former politician, 54, were both in the tenth series of the reality show in 2010 where Nigel admitted Lembit often got on his last nerve.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, Nigel admitted it would have been great TV if the pair had ever came to blows.

‘I was going to kill Lembit Opik,’ he told hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.

‘That would have been great TV,’ Piers said.

‘It would have been fantastic. Can you imagine?’ Nigel replied.

‘Why did he wind you up so much?’ Susanna asked.

Nigel didn’t hold back, saying: ‘Everything he did. He was a good guy. You know when someone really gets on your nerves, there was no way out of it because you can’t read or write or watch the telly or listen to the radio, it was just Lembit Opik going on and on.’

Nigel was the first celebrity who left the jungle during that series, quitting the show after eight days.

Lembit was the second celebrity who was sent home by the public vote with former X Factor star and Loose Women host Stacey Solomon winning the series.
